95 Queensway West, SimcoeI am not usually one to leave Google reviews but I feel this is a special circumstance. It will be long, but there is a purpose, I promise. The staff at this store are amazing. I made the mistake of going to another store in Simcoe to buy a betta fish and it was awful. I was given the wrong information about everything I needed to know about caring for this fish including the wrong equipment, care information, water/tank care etc. The staff at Paulmac's did not create any of the problems but were more than happy to help me solve them both in person and on the phone. They were kind and supportive and, most importantly, provided accurate information that helped me properly care for the fish. I understand that to some this is just a fish, but to my 10 year old it is so much more. For anyone wanting to buy a betta, I highly suggest getting all of the materials and tank, preparing the tank and testing the water BEFORE actually bringing the fish home. This is what I should have been told immediately but either someone needed to meet their sales numbers that day or they simply have no idea what they are doing. I am not sure what is worse. THANK YOU PAULMACS! Your help is appreciated more than you know.

I was honestly nervous because my dog usually hates having her nails done, but they were so patient, gentle, and calm with her. They took their time, made her feel comfortable, and handled her with so much care. I couldn’t believe how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. 415 Queensway West, SimcoeCould not recommend this vet more!!! I called today around 1pm & got an appointment for 3pm. My 9 month old dog had an ear infection. We were in & out in 30 mins & also got her first shots! $404 for all her first shots & ear drops seems reasonable for a vet hospital. This will definitely be my girls permanent vet!!!
