“Made the switch over from ATT after 25 years and couldn’t be more happy. Not only is the service 3x better than that of ATT, all of the extras they provide makes it such a value. Apple TV, Hulu and Netflix all come with the family plan. Also, every Tuesday is some sort of goodie like free AAA for 1 year, Popeyes chicken or a pizza; you just never know. Tuesdays are now so much more fun. This store is exceptional at customer service. Ryan, the Experience manager is Tip Top and truly knows the economics of customer service. I am now a TMob lifer! They were very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure my grandma and I completely understood everything before moving on. They helped us get a much better plan for the price we were paying and stuck with us for almost 4 hours while we resolved the issue. This is the only store I’ve had good experiences with so I would definitely recommend.”

It was my first time coming here to get my phone upgraded. I didn't realize that you can book an appointment, so I just walked in and had two folks ahead of me. I ended up waiting only 1 minute before being approached by Benjamin.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me upgrade my iphone 13 pro to a iphone 17 pro. I've had this phone for 7 years. He looked up my plan and customized my order to what I wanted (silver, 512gb, keep my old phone). He looked up any promos and ways to bring down my total monthly bill. He had me sign some papers electronically, and I was out the door within 40 minutes. I synced my phone myself at home. The whole process was about an hour.

My phone was stolen, and she helped me complete the replacement procedure, going above and beyond what was required of her. She explained the process perfectly. I didn't have a way to complete my insurance claim online, so she walked me through it herself. Not only did she help me complete the procedure to secure a new phone from my claim; she also understood the bugs in the system that I would not have been able to navigate myself (like the changing birthdate, where the system moves it back one day from screen to screen)! <--I might have missed that! Instead of immediately pushing me toward a new phone or plan, Chris took the time to explore options for freeing up storage on my current device. He managed to free up a significant amount of space, which saved me from having to buy a new phone, and I really appreciate that.Chris also provided a thorough breakdown of the costs and benefits if I were to upgrade my phone and switch to a new plan. He was very transparent and knowledgeable, but there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision on the spot. When I'm ready to upgrade, I will definitely come back to see Chris.
