“My experience with this location is limited to mostly Amazon returns, but just wanted to comment about how easy it is to pop into their store. They always seem to have enough staff working to handle the ebbs and flows of people coming in. They also have a USPS box which is nice to be able to drop off all at one place.”

I agree with lot of reviews. Terrible customer service with particular employee. I came in with amazon returns (already labeled and boxed) and she rolled her eyes and said “oh they better not be all returns”. Like what does it matter to you? The store makes money off it. Sigh”
“Yesterday, the 17th, I visited the business, and a newly installed printer was causing issues for the staff member, not the employee's fault. She remained courteous throughout our ordeal, even apologizing, even though there was no reason to, given the technical difficulties. I had to grab a few items nearby and asked if I could come back within the hour after giving her time to work through the problem, and she politely agreed. Later, I returned, and the issue was fixed, and I met another staff member who was also courteous. I believe one was a supervisor and the other an employee. I left with what I originally came for and just want to express praise for this business and how they treated not only me but also other members of the community I saw come in, treating them just as well. Thank you.”
