“I love this Goin' Postal so much! The staff that work at this location are THE MOST customer service oriented people----in all of Franklin. They remind me of how customer service used to be back in the 80's. Going into that location to purchase something or to mail something, I often leave wishing that all businesses operated as this Goin' Postal does. I am grateful that they are so close to my house but if they weren't, I'd still go out of my way to do my business there!! I can't recommend them enough!”

This company is small and realizes that things come up at home that he needs to get back for too. I like that I can talk to them if I have any questions on his settlements as well. This company even provides a 401K for their drivers with a match! A family company is hard to come by these days, they’ve almost all gone out of business. They’ve done right by us and that’s all I can ask for.”

“I am from the state of Missouri, but I feel like I have made a friend at this Franklin, TN store. I came to Franklin with my wife to see Willie Nelson. Awesome show! However, we left our computer charger at the hotel. Called the UPS store near the area and talked to Chandler. Nicest man in the world! He drove to the hotel for the charger, packaged it and sent it to me in Kansas City. I of course paid for shipping, but WOW!, Chandler went beyond my expectations. Great service, great person.
