“We came to this store to inquire about changing our cellular service from Verizon to T-Mobile. We found the store to be well laid out and extremely clean. We were immediately greated by Nick who proved to be knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions about available plans. Nick took care of use and we made the decision to join the T-
Mobile family. We had to call customer service to have them help us set up our Pads that weren't worth us at the store during the change over process. I can not tell you how pressed we were with the customer service reps that we spoke with. If these phone reps are any indicator of a company's overall service we are extremely pleased so far.”
“This T-Mobile store is one of the best in the area as their employees have great customer service. Every time I've visited this store, the employees were friendly, helpful, & explained information to the best of their ability. The employees here really do their best for the customer. Even though I can't say the same for the actual company as it has become expensive with less perks. The only true negative I have with the company is that they don't trap you with a contract, but they do trap you in other ways. But at this store the employees are very helpful & do a good job at providing the information you need so you can understand what your plan has to offer. It's also clean, there's plenty of parking, & I've never had to wait long to be helped by an employee at this location.”

“If you leave in the Knoxville area and have any issues with your Verizon phone or service, make sure you don't waste your time . Go straight to the Verizon on Callahan rd next to Lowes and ask for Lane. You will not be disappointed. After another store completely set up my new phone service wrong, they told me I would have to wait 30 days to make any changes even though it was their mistake. Well, that didn't set well with me, so by recommendation, I went to the Callahan store, and Lane had my phone & service fixed in about 15 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Verizon location and Lane.”
