319 N Main St, BoerneThis is an OG pet and feed store in Boerne, TX. At the onset, it looks like it might have been abandoned by the tenants, but that's not the case. Inside is a wonderful back-in-the-day pet shop. As you enter, there's no A/C, but a fan circulates the air, and it looks, feels, and smells nostalgic. A lovely employee was cleaning one of several pristine fish tanks and was very helpful. I don't have much occasion to visit a pet store, but I highly recommend this gem to anyone who does.

My husband and I drive 20 minutes every weekend (sometimes 2x) - even during the winter months, to get our fix of our favorite flavors. We also love to sample any new flavors they might have on the menu, which rotates quite frequently! The menu offers classics like chocolate and vanilla, while also offering more unique and delicious flavors I’ve never seen before. The owner is a genius at creating ice cream masterpieces!! Right when I think I’ve found my all time favorite ice cream flavor, she creates another one that I love even more.
The service is always amazing too, we always feel so special that they all recognize us when we stop by. Easily one of our favorite places in Boerne! ??

The fresh basil was absolutely wonderful, all of the vegetables were crisp and tasty. The sauce was excellent, and I am a wimp, so I ordered a two as far as spicy, and it tasted great!
The gentleman at the counter was friendly and even helped me learn how to pronounce some of the names in Thai, and the outdoor patio and all of the ornamentation was beautiful! I wish it had been a nicer day, and I would have eaten outside. Inside, there is a room for children, with a foosball table, a television, and various toys. The inside is spacious and there is plenty of room for all sorts of people.

We decided to try it and the broccoli cheese soup was very tasty! Nothing incredibly special, but it was a really good soup! The sandwiches can be ordered cold or toasted, and they’re both very good sandwiches both ways. And their pie selection is rather vast and the chocolate knocks it out of the park. If I come back to Boerne, I’d definitely come back here!

Sunny's: All Day Brunch & Bar
518 River Rd, BoerneSunny’s was an amazing brunch spot and absolutely worth the wait. You cant book reservations more than 2days out and no less than 3hrs prior. We waited about 1.5 hours, but they use a text system, so we were able to explore Boerne and made it back to the restaurant within 6 minutes of being notified…just make sure you actually reply back to their text saying you are coming. All of the food was incredible. Our table shared the truffle fries as an appetizer, and they were delicious. For mains: Le French Toast features thick cuts of toast and was very good, though I’d recommend ordering a side of bacon or eggs to make it more filling. MAIN CHICK savory crepe was a 10/10! Harvest bowl was also great, but make sure to tell your server how you like your eggs cooked. If you don’t specify, they come out over-easy/sunny-side up. I personally prefer a well-fried egg. Overall, fantastic food, great system for handling the wait, and a must-visit brunch spot in Boerne.

28730 I-10, BoerneLove these people!! They truly care about the dogs they rescue! I got my dog here 3 years ago & she is one of the best things to happen to me!! She had 7 babies rescued with her & one of them who never got adopted is still there because they don’t euthanize. I would adopt him if I could; but I feel comforted knowing he is there with these lovely people. I would also love to volunteer here if it wasn’t 2 hours away from my home. Thank y’all for everything you do!!?
