SO GLAD IT WAS TRULY A SIMPLE PROBLEM.....but she is the one that stuck with it and found it was easily fixable. NO ONE ELSE EVEN CAME CLOSE to what appeared to be trying, just handing it off..... “Great branch inside of Walmart…super convenient to shop and also do banking business at the same time. They only close 2 days out of the entire year…THAT’S convenient! Manager, Sean Colony was super helpful (AND fun AND friendly) with my wire transfer today. The other bankers were great too. I have banked with Woodforest National Bank for many years and I have always said it’s one of the best out there (and I also bank at a different bank, tho WF is my favorite). I sure wish they’d open up a couple more branches near Temple…say Waco, Killeen, or all of the above. Thanks Sean and Woodforest!”

Credit unions are non profit so that’s plus for me as well.”

“For the most part, they are great. However, I did just have an interesting interaction with one of their customer service reps via phone. I was told they have the wrong address for me when my current address is the only address they have. The rep was pretty much arguing with me saying my current address is incorrect and I need to fill out a form to change it. Why would they mail me things to my current address if they didn’t have this one on file? ? But overall, velocity is pretty great. One interaction with one person doesn’t change that.”
“Wow! I called and lost the call and they called me right back to make sure I was taken care of. Sigfredo Burgos scheduled me an appointment for a notary right then and had my email info already without me having to give any information! He was pretty on point and professional. We need more customer service like this at every business.”
“Ed does a wonderful job managing the bank and working with the customers. Doreen is an extra special They all are, I can't really say one's better than the other because they all go out of their way to help you out. That tells you to have good management but they themselves are wonderful. I have never had a problem. At times they have worked with me and fixed my problems with no problem. If that makes sense. If a charge looks at all suspicious I get an immediate text with a number to call I call that number and within seconds that transaction is removed. I've been with them for over 25 years never a problem. Wouldn't change very trustworthy and hardworking”

“My son and I went in today to open his first checking and savings account. First, when I called less than an hour before they closed, they still told me I could come in, and we ended up having to stay well after they closed to finish, without feeling rushed. They took their time explaining the account and the app to my son and made sure he was 100% set up before we left. Customer service can sometimes be lacking now a days, so it is refreshing to find multiple people within the branch that were overly helpful, respectful and friendly.
