Every staff member, from Milena who cheerfully checked me in, to Alexia, who wrote me such a kind note, to Amoni, who messaged me the day before to see if I needed anything, showed such genuine kindness and professionalism that sets such a strong standard for the Grand Hyatt brand. This hotel is indeed just steps away from TSA, and I cannot commend this property enough for the service everyone provides to its guests. I would stay here again in a heartbeat when my travels go through DFW.”

“I booked a one night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. The experience was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are very nicely designed, clean and have a very comfortable bed! We stayed in one of the suites and it was truly perfect! The hotel accommodated my request for a little surprise birthday treat waiting for us in the room and they made sure it was all set up before we got there. Every single staff member was incredibly kind and professional (valet, front desk, butler, room service staff who took our order, room service staff who brought us our order and cleaning staff). Every single staff member we came across was exceptional! We will absolutely stay here again!”

“In December I booked a room since we would be attending a show at Addison Improv in late January (yards away from this hotel may I add). Check in was fantastic (provided by Patricia, AGM), the location was very close to great restaurants, plenty of accessible parking, and we've never seen a cleaner hotel. Our room was tended to by Maria, and she's a gem because every detail of our room had been diligently cleaned and cared for.
The winter storm prevented us from staying for our full stay, but again Patricia was wonderful and provided exceptional customer service.
We've already checked out the Addison Improv calendar and intend to book a few nights over the next year!”

“Beautiful stay! I had to come to Dallas for work and training and I really enjoyed staying here. The room was incredible with such a wonderful view! I could see downtown Dallas and the planes ✈️ flying in oh it was absolutely amazing!
Beautiful decor, immaculate, and has everything you need even if they don’t the QT gas station is literally a 2min walk away. There is always close by food options as well.
The front desk ladies were so sweet and friendly. Anything I needed help with they got on it right away.
Breakfast was available in the morning and it was always delicious There was a buffet, and you could order off the menu if you wanted something else.
Also, there is a coffee shop that you can just order and go if you didn’t have time and the ladies there were so nice and helpful as well.
Can’t wait to come back and stay again since it’s so close to work.”

“The service here has been top. Notch love the people here. All my drinks 10 out of 10. Bartenders absolutely know what they're doing, especially for anyone who's a lightweight drinker. They get it. Food was good ate at all places. Great for layed back anniversary spot. Gym clean and up to date. Upstairs bar great vibe a few upgrades needed... but still very nice... night and day”

“I was in Dallas for the first time for the Dallas vs. Eagles game. This hotel is at the top of the list in my favorites! From check- in to check out, my experience was great! The hotel is huge, it's very clean and nicely decorated. It hosts many conventions. My room was very spacious and spotless, housekeeping services the room every day.The hotel also has a bar, sports bar, an open market, and a restaurant, all of which I visited and was happily pleased! They have a great happy hour from 4 to 6 pm every day($6 old fashioned was AMAZING). All of the bartenders at Open Pallete were pleasant and accomdating. Our servers in the sports bar were also great( the wings and nachos were delicious). Lastly, the parlor, it's like a speakeasy type bar/lounge. Very cozy with tvs, books, and even an atari video game. My friends and I participated in the mixology class they host on site, and we made a fall french 77! It was so good! Brice and Jonas were great hosts. I can't wait to visit again! I highly recommend it!

“The rooms are well laid out with a great location in the Design District and close to Dallas Market center. Beds and pillows are super comfortable too which are a must for me when traveling! Loved the overall decor, service, coffee spot, and bar in the lobby. I have stayed at a lot of spots in Dallas and would stay here again over other spots because of the decor, location, and comfort. Again and again.”
“The room was super cute and a GREAT location! Everything was clean and plenty of security on the doors. I couldn't find a mini fridge in the king studio (the bed was queen sized) I stayed in for one night. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay but it's a great, inexpensive place to for a very short visit!”
“Went there on New Year’s Eve to hopefully catch a glimpse of the fireworks and drone show. New Year’s Day was also my birthday. Olive greeted us warmly. When we got to our room, there was a bottle of white wine, some chocolates, and a piece of chocolate mousse cake waiting for us. Olive had also left a handwritten birthday note for me. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Even though we were on the top floor, my only complaint is that they put us on the side of the building opposite of the fireworks despite us requesting a fireworks view room. Thank you Olive for going out of your way to make our stay a good one!”

“I’ve stayed at multiple hotels across Dallas, from different brands and price ranges, and I can confidently say this is the best one by far — and somehow it gets better every single time I visit.
From the moment you arrive, everything feels easy and welcoming. The location is perfect, with so many restaurants and stores within walking distance, yet the hotel itself feels calm, safe, and well-maintained. Parking is convenient, and getting in and out is effortless.
The rooms are always spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The beds are excellent, the rooms are quiet, and everything works exactly as it should — which isn’t always the case at other hotels. You can tell this place is consistently cared for.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every visit, the team is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You feel valued as a guest, not just checked in and forgotten. That level of service is rare and makes a huge difference.
Breakfast is another big plus — fresh, well-stocked, and a great way to start the day. The overall experience feels reliable, comfortable, and high-quality every time.

“This hotel is beautiful and the location is very nice. Walking distance to so many things. Rooms are wonderful and the hotel itself is amazing.
However, I did have a bad experience that I want to warn others about. I got charged for a restaurant charge that wasn't mine and that's okay mistakes happen but reversing it was a nightmare. i had to call them for a month and no one was doing anything about it. They either kept bouncing me from department to department or they would say it was taken care of then when I called back because I didn't see the updated invoice they would say they never even heard of my issue. The accounting department never picks up or calls you back. DOUBLE CHECK your receipt before checking out. I never had an issue with marriot before so I thought it would be easy but boy was I wrong.”

“I'm a loyal Hilton member, stay almost exclusively at Hilton properties. While I know quality may differ from hotel to hotel, it's service at ones like Dallas/Park Cities that keep me loyal.
The hotel rooms themselves need some updating, but are clean and fairly well-maintained. I would recommend a different, cleaner design choice for the shower floor tiles - they are offset squares that give the appearance of looking old and dirty from afar, even though they may not be.
Special shout outs to Mary (supervisor) and Amanda who not only helped me get situated with some quirks (two separate reservations, preferential floor, amenities, etc.), but have been kind and welcoming since the stay.”

“Convenient to DAL and the Medical District, this hotel is everything you need (with free parking!). There are restaurants within walking distance if needed, and the on-site gym rather well equipped. The bfast was standard for this brand, and executed well. Everyone I encountered (check in/out, and staffing the bfast area) were pleasant and helpful).”
“Very warm and welcoming lodge with a very diverse group. Stated Meetings have great meals before, so come early. Easy to drive right past unless you know where you are going. The lodge has an interesting layout and well thought out design. Turnouts can be large at times, but there is plenty of parking around the lodge.”
“We’ve stayed at several hotels in the area, and this is hands down the best. We’ve stayed at high end hotels in this area, and the service was no better than this one. Many charge for parking, this one doesn’t. Many charge for breakfast, this one doesn’t, and it’s better. Staff is great, pool is great, and the beds are very comfortable. Paris gave great service.”

“Once you step into this gracious home, it's like entering a lovely oasis hidden in the heart of Dallas. The creative decor is delightful and classy, such as the collection of old books cascading down from the gold leaf ceiling. We shared a one-of-a-kind spacious room with Bonnie and Clyde memorabilia, and other rooms have themes centering on John F. Kennedy or the Texas State Fair. Finally, the breakfast buffet spread in the bar room is delicious!”
