“Found a Verizon store very close to Longs Creek. The manager, Devon, assisted us and did an excellent job. Very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.
The local neighborhoods should be using this store. The staff is always awesome and there is almost never a wait to have someone assist you.
If I was the owner I would put fliers in the mail, on apartment complex cork board and at nearby restaurants. Nice, clean, convenient location just down the street. A new phone is less that 30 minutes is a record.”

“I can't say enough about how grateful I am for Walter's help. He helped me troubleshoot my broken router and assisted me in securing a new one at no additional cost. He ensured my old device was properly disconnected so I wouldn't be double billed. He also helped me validate my military status so I could receive the a military discount, rather than simply leave it to me to get the run around on the website or customer service center. He did this all while staying late and never grew impatient with the process.

I just moved to San Antonio from El Paso TX, where I had excellent internet with Spectrum, but my apartment complex ONLY offered Internet services with Astound, which they told me after signing our lease… I had never heard from this company before!!! I was really horrified by reading all the reviews, and even thought of moving out of the apartments before even living here. We are going on month, and I can say that so far, our internet has been stronger than the one I had in El Paso. Hope it stays that way ???????????????? Charlie was our agent to hire the service, super friendly and helpful, and unfortunately my husband forgot the name of the techno that installed everything, he also was friendly, fast and professional.”
