561 Graham Rd, Lockhart9/2021: got Alfie from Sandy's Kennels. He is a 6 month old Boston Terrier, the sweetest and most confident dog ever. He loves humans and loves kids. He wants to say hi to every dog whenever we go for a walk.He's growing up so well. He’s on the bigger side for Boston Terriers, his body is quite well proportioned, very square shaped. We walk about three miles a day and go hiking on weekends here in the PNW. He's thriving and his muscles are forming nicely. Overall, I am very happy with my Alfie. I'll get another Boston Terrier again from them for sure.Update 9/2023: My three Bostons from Sandy’s Kennels. They’re such sweet, good-natured dogs.

109 W Walnut St, LockhartLilly's is one of my Lockhart faves! My kiddo and I come here for burgers once a month or so, and I also love their chili. Hoping to get over there soon for a turkey Wednesday! Staff is welcoming and noice level is manageable, even during peak hours.

106 E Market St, LockhartWe really love this little coffee shop. Their coffee quality is high whether it's a straight up drip or a fancy espresso drink. We pop into Lockhart from Austin from time to time, and we never skip a visit here. The staff is busy, but friendly. Food-wise, we've only tried the pastries (not sure if they're from a local shop or they bake them there) and they are tasty.

We enjoyed their happy hour Margarita, a great deal.
The bar is accessible down a stairway around the corner from the banana puding shop.
Free parking is available along the street.

619 N Colorado St, LockhartKreuz Market has some of, if not the very best BBQ I’ve ever had. Brisket and potato casserole were absolute perfection, ribs, turkey and corn were very good too. The Sauerkraut had something special about it I couldn’t quite place but it was excellent as well. Overall I’d have to rate it a 10 of 10.
Would absolutely come again if I’m in the area.
