“I stayed at Studio 6 recently. It is definitely worth the money. The house keeping comes almost every day. They keep the corridors clean all the time. It is also conveniently located, close to UTD and other things like groceries. Provided all necessary utensils and I really enjoyed cooking. The front desk is also very friendly and they attend to any issues right away.
This is my place fo to stay when ever I visit my son in UTD.”

“Location and service are amazing. Light switches were broken, tub stained and light on microwave is broken. Staff is amazing and said they were willing to fix it right away or after we leave.”

“Stayed here over the weekend visiting family. Brought all my kids even. Staff was exceptionally professional, polite, and personable. Particular Arjun, Mrunal, and Sergio.

I did have an issue in my room, but it was immediately addressed and taken care of. My kids loved the indoor pool. I loved how clean the rooms were, no mold in the air conditioner, and the complimentary breakfast was much appreciated.

Again, I really want to express how much I appreciate the experience that the staff provided to my family and I. More than the rooms and amenities, it's the wonderfully perdonable staff that made our stay here so enjoyable.

Thanks again Arjun, Mrunal, and Sergio. I appreciate you guys. And also a thank you to the girls who were so diligently keeping all the rooms clean and tidy.”

“I had a wonderful stay here, everyone was extraordinarily friendly and Prashant was extremely helpful and kind. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Breakfast changes day to day, so far, all was good.

Cleanliness is practiced very well here.

Rooms: Very spacious and accommodating.

Food and drinks: Has an excellent menu to choose from as well as affordable drinks.”

“Really just staying the night. However, although it is cheaper than Marriott's Inn series, it does have the bare minimum.
There are not many delicate items such as toothbrushes, sponges for washing dishes, and hand soap, but you can buy them at the reception.

The washing machine is a type that can be used with an app, but I couldn't register it with a Japanese phone number, so I got stuck.
Housekeeping is once a week.
There's nothing around, and CVS is the closest one, a 20 minute walk away.
Rental car or Uber/Lyft required.”

“Good rooms and location but, the staff is okay. Nothing gets delivered to the room. Not a pleasant experience dealing with either the front desk or breakfast (kitchen) folks.”

“This Townplace Suites is located in a convenient area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms have all the amenities you'd need for a longer stay. Only issue is the elevators are pretty slow.”

“Good value for money. Very well maintained rooms. Helpful and polite staffs. Daily cleaning. Good breakfast. Everything just a block away.

Rooms: Room was big and spacious. Bathroom was very clean. Enough ports and plugin points to charge laptops and other devices. Wardrobe to keep clothes.

Nearby activities: Kroger and Tom Thumb. Multiple restaurants. Bank of America outlet. Salons.

Safety: Very safe. Police Patrolling almost everyday.

Walkability: Very walkable. Everything nearby. One or two blocks away. On the same or opposite side of the road.

Noteworthy details: Very safe and secure. Nicely maintained property. Courteous staffs. Everything at a walking distance.”

“Great hotel. Clean, friendly in a great location for shopping or getting food and drinks or doing the soccer thing which I dont really know what is but apparently it's a local attraction. World cup museum is right across the street.”

“We went for my birthday/date night getaway...The person that checked us in forgot to add our breakfast that we'd paid for online when we booked our room, so the next morning we went to get breakfast, they told us it wasn't listed on our room, we showed them the confirmation email showing the breakfast added and already paid for...they told us they could make us 2 burritos and 2 cups of coffee but it would be $40 EXTRA dollars!! What a joke!”

“Stayed here in 2023 for 3 weeks! Loved it! Stay was comfortable, kitchen is helpful for long stays! Only drawback I can think of is same breakfast for 3 weeks, no change! At the end I didn’t bother to go for breakfast as it’s same! May be little variety can be better!”

“I was visiting the Dallas area for a few days on a tight budget and did A LOT of research about where I could possibly stay that hit the right balance of affordability, safety, quiet, cleanliness, amenities, and easy access to public transportation. Despite Plano being a bit of a trek from Dallas proper, this Quality Inn location came out on top as the best place to stay. I definitely do NOT regret my decision.

Most other budget hotels in the area are rife with reviews of people complaining about bed bugs, cockroaches, lack of cleanliness, shady people hanging around the hotel, and/or poor breakfast. I never faced any such issues. In all, I had a clean bed, quiet environment (ask for a room facing away from the highway), solid breakfast each morning, and an always kind hotel staff. Additionally, the hotel was only a (very pleasant) 1/2 mile walk from the Plano DART rail station, with trains running all day.

Only a few cons come to mind: The closet in my room was missing the door, the hot breakfast items are placed on tray liners whose red dye transfers to the food (yikes!), and the front desk isn't always staffed (I once had to call them on the phone to get them to show up). Apart from these small things, my stay here was lovely.

If you're looking to stretch your dollar on a visit to the Dallas area -- and aren't fazed by a bit of a train ride into and out of the city -- I absolutely recommend this place for lodging.”

“Room is functional. Hot water quicker than many other hotels. No Breakfast. Just a hop away from George W Bush Turnpike. Bed is comfortable & room is bug-free. Asked for high floor & quiet room - staff quickly accommodated. A/C works very well. TV is nice size, & easy to add my roku device. Great value for the price.”

“Very comfortable rooms, reasonable rates. The rooms are clean but they have spots that show the age of the last renovation. It's not a bad place for bed, shower, and a Continental breakfast. This isn't a resort but you will certainly have a nice rest.”

“I was more than honored to have been serviced by Regina at Homewood in Plano. Her 25 plus years of service are remarkable and well appreciated. She goes above and beyond, with her kind nature and respect, to make sure, no matter who you are, your experience is up to par and memorable. KUDOS to her for making my transition, a calm, workable, and joyous experience.”

Nearby activities: Close to downtown plano very good spot”

“This place is everything a roadside, extended stay motel should be. Clean, safe, convenient, easy check-in, nice staff, full sized fridge, plates, dishes, TV, comfy bed, AC that works, clean bathroom with plenty of towels, washer and dryer available, iron and ironing board....all the basics you need for a comfortable stay.

I could go on and on. Great rates too! I would definitely stay here again next time I roll through town. In fact, I would look forward to it.

Nearby activities: Very convenient location. Close to the freeway and close to the post office, grocery stores (include Whole Foods), restaurants, nail salon, and all the basics. Easy to get anywhere in the DFW area.

Safety: Felt 100% safe the entire time. Sometimes in long-term stay hotels there can be shady characters. Not here. I never worried about a thing, not even about my car in the parking lot.”

“I have been trying out multiple extended stay places like this in DFW and this one is the best bang for your buck. The weekly rates are good and the monthly rates are excellent. Be aware that the office closes at 6pm, so dont be late when you check in. The furniture and cabinets are old but in good condition. The walls and ceilings have been kept in decent condition with spackle and paint. The bathroom has fresh caulk and looks clean. The AC works great and the bed is decently comfortable. The carpet needs cleaning so I don't walk around barefoot. The room smelled musty so I bought air fresheners which help. I haven't seen any bugs. Once a week they change the sheets and take out the trash, but you'll need to bring toilet paper and soap after the provided supplies run out. Basically it's more like an apartment in a great location. Good security too.”

“Very pleasant hotel for an extended stay. It is very understandable that kitchen utensils (spoons, pans, etc) are not included (a Super Walmart is literally across the street) so that prices are kept low and the staff can spend their time serving their guests and not consisting replacing these 'stolen' (aka accidently placed in luggage) items. Special shout-out to DeAndre for his "take outstanding care of his guests" attitude.

Nearby activities: Since Plano is so close to Dallas, there are so many different types of activities available. The only things missing are a wide variety of Broadway plays and enormous museums.”

“The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a fridge/freezer and microwave. The bed was comfortable, and my 2 cats were able to stay free of charge. You could hear other guests' doors opening and closing, but for the reasonable price, it was understandable.”

“We have recently recently lost housing and are waiting for ours to become available, Nicole the manager has been wonderful she was gone for a short time and missed as she is a very good and articulate manager explaining things and getting to the bottom of things that may be wrong, I have been here a bit and I am mindful of my garbage I use garbage bags and take to the garbage area ,
wish more would do the same to ease the burden of those who have to pick up!
Have there been days without coffee or snacks yes ! But I am grateful to have a place to stay,

Rooms: Rooms are what you make of them”
