The veterinarian recommended a cat groomer and so I found myself at Rita’s. The vet was compassionate and understood that my intention is to keep her alive as long as humanely possible. She helped me make Bella more comfortable and gave me ways to get her eating and using the bathroom again. 10225 Custer Rd, PlanoHave small pup with CCL and patella issue. All the doctors out there constantly tell us that our 14lb puppy need surgery and over quoting the situation.
Came to DVSC and the vet was BEST in last 6 years I have gotten since my dog snoopy. She was extremely knowledgeable and said she would never recommend things unless necessary. She encouraged conservative approach and said small dogs can grow their “fiber” back. Need to giving him glucosamine, water swim therapy in our tub and things will slowly and steadily be back in shape.
Felt so positive that they are recommending not what’s best money for DVSC but what’s best for my dogs health.

3232 Parkwood Blvd, PlanoMy dog Daisy (a 12 year old Jack Russell) has been having bad breath and a bit cranky. Until, I noticed her gums getting red and some sort of red growth in her mouth. I quickly got into Windhaven Vet Hospitol and they were very nice and calm about the whole situation. They suggested blood work, biopsy and to bring her in the following morning for a dental exam. Well, she was a mess as she had not been brushing her teeth…she had to get 6 teeth extracted. She is home now resting and so glad that is behind us. Thank you for helping Daisy! ?

Upon return Brad had done an amazing job with my Toby, he had learned leash manners, door manners, place, and actively working on impulse control. I had a one on one class with Brad and Toby where brad showed me what to work on with Toby and how to continue working on his impulse control. This program has made it to where my little black cat can be on the ground around my dog. She no longer has to run in fear of rambunctious doggo. I will be taking him back for daycare and Saturday classes!

Karma Dog Training Plano
2601 Pleasant Valley Dr, PlanoWe have spent three years having trainers tell us to rehome one of our pups or having training opportunities fall through as we tried to address the reactiveness of one of our dogs toward the other. Our daily routines involved, what we called, "the prisoner exchange," moving one dog inside and the other outside repeatedly so they did not fight. We believed in Leo and William and knew that they could make each other's lives so much richer with the right support and knowledge. When I called Karma for training options, I was told they had the perfect trainer for our situation and that the trainer could come live with us for ten days. Enter - Kai Whitmore - the man, the myth, the legend. I was very hopeful, but skeptical that my pups could get along, however, Kai got to know each of them individually, understood their strengths and weaknesses, and built up their basic skills that would be helpful when they interacted. Within days, Kai had the boys hanging out together in the backyard and the house. Shortly thereafter, they were playing together, napping together, and bonding over their mutual desire to keep our yard cat-free. Now a mere two weeks later, they are co-existing most of the day, though we do give them breaks because it is still so new. Not only did Kai work his magic with the dogs, but he also provided our family the support and confidence we needed to ensure Leo and William's friendship continues to progress and to keep them both continually learning new skills or sharpening old ones. We know within a matter of weeks, we will be living with both dogs on the same schedule and in the same spaces as we have always wanted. Kai believed in the dogs and believed in us. We couldn't have dreamed of a better result. And despite the length of this review, I can't find the words that truly express the gratitude and admiration I have for Kai as both a dog trainer and human being. If you are fortunate enough to meet Kai, or have the benefit of him helping with your dog training, just start thanking him out the gate to get ahead of it.
