“Overall, I'd definitely stay again! The booking online was easy, and since our stay was the last week of October and thier off season it wasn't crazy busy. We were even able to upgrade to a suite. The view was beautiful. The room was clean. The only thing is we didn't have the ability to cast or hook our phones up to watch TV. The channels available were meh maybe our only not so happy moment. The staff was wonderful from the front desk, housekeeping, and room service. The Heirloom Kitchen food was a surprise in a wonderful way....such great food! We have stayed places, and the on-site restaurant was a disappointment...NOT here!! We spent one of our 3 days only eating at the Heirloom. We felt like it was money well spent to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks Hilton Rockwall Lakefront.
Rooms: Very clean but the bed was bit on the harder side and not able to cast or use phone to watch TV.
Nearby activities: Tons of restaurants near as well as a movie theater.
Safety: Felt very safe.
Food and drinks: The Heirloom Kitchen was amazing!
Noteworthy details: Very friendly staff.”

“Stayed here over the weekend visiting family. Brought all my kids even. Staff was exceptionally professional, polite, and personable. Particular Arjun, Mrunal, and Sergio.
I did have an issue in my room, but it was immediately addressed and taken care of. My kids loved the indoor pool. I loved how clean the rooms were, no mold in the air conditioner, and the complimentary breakfast was much appreciated.
Again, I really want to express how much I appreciate the experience that the staff provided to my family and I. More than the rooms and amenities, it's the wonderfully perdonable staff that made our stay here so enjoyable.
Thanks again Arjun, Mrunal, and Sergio. I appreciate you guys. And also a thank you to the girls who were so diligently keeping all the rooms clean and tidy.”
“A good place to spend the night. It is conveniently located off of Hwy 75 which also means that it is noisy. The noise is the main drawback, but not sure there is anything that can be done about it. The breakfast area is spacious and the food options are typical of a Hyatt Place - nothing particularly special, but also not really missing anything. It does not have a waffle maker - if that is important to you - but offered pre-made waffles. The Wifi seemed a little slow. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
“I stayed here on the second leg of a road trip with my cat and dog. The room was a little small but enough space for the night. Two nice grassy areas for dogs and trash cans for pet waste. I also liked their all day coffee and tea bar. I didn't use the gym but it looked super small, like the size of one of the rooms or smaller. I looked at the pool but it was also pretty small and decided not to get in since it was so hot out. It's not super extravagant but I found the room and location to be cozy, quiet and adequate. We ended up needing to stay an extra day and they were good about letting us keep the same room. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for those who have pets!”

“The rooms were decent. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. There was no shampoo and the shower screamed/whistled at me the entire time I had it on hot. The fridge's freezer was melting so it did leak water all over the floor. All of those things were so minor that it did not take away from my stay. Also, the breakfast was pretty darn good! The waffles came in the shape of Texas (just a cute little touch).”
“My husband and I stayed for the night, the location was great. It was easy to get to, close to the highway, stores, and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, very quiet too. Breakfast was delicious.”

““Pleasantly surprised by this aesthetically pleasing hotel. The suite was thoughtfully designed for extended stays, complete with pots, pans, dishes, and other essentials. The bed and bathroom were clean, crisp, and comfortable. Front desk staff were welcoming and upbeat, breakfast personnel were friendly and well-organized, and housekeeping staff greeted us with smiles. The overall atmosphere was exactly what a hotel should strive for—warm, efficient, and inviting.””

“Great locations, have a king size room it's clean and comfortable the ac works great. Third floor is nice right out of the elevator. They have guest laundry and a peleton in the gym. Pool is clean and pool area is nice. They have a pool table and snacks as well as breakfast. 10/10 would stay again.”

“LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel. I travel to Dallas quite frequently for work and began staying here about 3 years ago. Because I love it so much, I have convinced all my coworkers who also travel to Dallas to stay here too.
The morning bistro staff is the MAIN reason that I come here. She remembers me, my order and treats me like family. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. Hospitality is a very demanding job but she is always pleasant and it just really makes my day.”
“I’ve stayed in a multitude of hotels the past 10 years and this one is the best. Hands down. I’m a clean freak and this place calms my nerves. It smells clean, IS clean and the staff is attentive and pleasant. Breakfast is great and CLEAN. Mohammad goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. We will definitely stay here every time we are in town for work. I would rate 6 stars if possible. Also, the pool is CLEAN and beautiful. The hot tub works and is the perfect temperature. They have pool towels which is very convenient. They also have very affordable vending machines for late night snacks and drinks. It’s located next to a Tex-Mex restaurant and BBQ joint, along with a 7-eleven, Panda Express, Wing Stop, Liquor and even an Urgent Care. If you book anywhere else within a 15 mile radius, you made a mistake!”

“Room is functional. Hot water quicker than many other hotels. No Breakfast. Just a hop away from George W Bush Turnpike. Bed is comfortable & room is bug-free. Asked for high floor & quiet room - staff quickly accommodated. A/C works very well. TV is nice size, & easy to add my roku device. Great value for the price.”

“Nothing negative to say what do ever.. would recommend anyone I know to stay here, offered the cleaning lady money to watch my room and let me know what kinda activity she saw when I want around, she no only refused the cash I offered her but she did what I was asking and even had other people giving me updates, I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else next time im in that area and need to stay somewhere.. I don't give reviews like this before often either, but I had to for this place”

“Booking ahead of time was a great save for us because we got in late. Brooke was real nice when checking in and when we got to the room the TV remote didn't work but Brooke was able to get us another one which did work. The room was nice and clean and the water was hot on the 5th floor. I did notice that the hotel was built in 09 and renovated in 16 and you could tell with some things in the room. However the room was great for our stay. The next day the lady at the front never spoke a word to us when we was upfront that morning but the guy later that day did speak and was helpful. The breakfast was absolutely on point and one of the better ones around with lots of choices! The fitness center is really only for those who do cardio, tho they did have some free weights. Close to a Walmart and academy and several places to eat in walking distance.”
