“Great service. Been using them for a few years and they always come through. They have the systems in place to fulfill for demading amazon selling. We can always see what is happening with our orders and merchandise on their online portal. Customer service is quick to respond to our requests and have helped us when we needed inventory worked on or inspected. They even came through and got shipments to Fedex when the fedex truck was not going to come to them during a blizzard. Nice group of people who care about their work..”

Upon entering the store, noticed a que, what came shortly apparent to me was the quality, and calming professional manner in which Paul, dealt with each individual patron. As Paul was the only postal person at that time, he offer apologies, and reassurance it shouldn't take very long, and he was right! Paul, even took time to take care of a elderly patron whom appeared to be a frequent customer. The professionalism that Paul exhibited is very rare in my opinion, for that reason I made it my business to put pen to paper and let his supervisor know how satisfied I was with his excellet customer service.”

This location is in a high growth area where I assume demand for business mailboxes will increase. The store size will become a problem (is a problem during holiday periods) and the lack of store sophistication, particularly for business services, is a problem, compared to other locations.
Box renewal reminders and the ease of renewing the box annually is a challenge - really outdated process. I get phone calls but when I call back I get a busy signal often. Renewed over the phone but no method to email me a payment receipt?
Last Christmas this store was so overrun they couldn’t find one of my packages until February. Finally, I have always been able to buy stamps for business use at other UPS stores. This location never has any.”

The employees there are professional , competent and patient. I am an older person .My technology skills are limited. Therefore I do not use the self service option.I usually need help.
The location is very busy. Sometimes there is a wait if there are 10 or 12 customers in the store needing different services. The weight is a reasonable period of time”

Check-in with forklift driver. Place can get busy and tight, go slow! Speed Limit 15 MPH. Dockworkers are awesome!”
