“Yesterday, September 12, I had an exceptional visit at UPS. James helped me so much with my two packages. I was having a personally challenging day, and I arrived with two boxes packed with no packaging tape. I had run out of packaging tape at home, and I asked James if he would tape them for me. He said he would take care of them. An additional detail-the second box of the two had ripped into two pieces, and he took care of that one too. I needed to return the boxes to Amazon to receive credit. Thank you James. I really appreciate you.”

“The very polite man named Jay that works in the printing center goes above and beyond to help customers. He listened, was attentive, and very friendly. Now days, that's hard to come by in a retail setting, so I had to give him a shout out because he's AMAZING! 10/10 will shop there again, because of him. Staples.....give this man a raise, he deserves it.”

“Brian my service professional at the UPS Store on Grove in Richmond, VA was SOO helpful and nice. I needed to overnight a fragile gift to California and he could not have been more accommodating. He made sure everything was very secure, and worked with me to find the best price while still getting it to my friend in time. I was so impressed with how willing he was to make my priority his priority. Kind, polite, quick, and he was also multitasking with like - a billion other people in the store since his partner was on his lunch break.”

“The single employee who staffed the business was friendly and he had a great attitude. The store has a lot of self service machines, each of which has a bit of a learning curve to get going. In my opinion the place is understaffed because people need some help using the machines especially when getting started. Also, when I first arrived there was a long line so the staff was overworked.”
