“I want to strongly recommend the UPS Store on Gaskins/Gayton based on my repeated experiences there.
The staff at Gayton have always been professional, respectful, and helpful. They take time to explain shipping options clearly, answer questions, and make sure customers understand pricing and services before making decisions. I always feel like I am treated with patience and respect there, especially when handling important documents and notarizations.
After a recent experience at the Pump Rd location, the difference was very clear. I did not feel that I was given clear options or transparent explanations, and the overall communication and tone made the experience uncomfortable for me as a customer. I also did not feel the same level of professionalism or respect that I have consistently experienced at the Gayton location.
Because of this, I will ONLY be using the Gayton/Gaskins location going forward for shipping and notarization services.
If you want a location that is consistent, professional, and customer-focused, I highly recommend Gayton. It has been a much better and more reliable experience every time I’ve gone.”

“I’ve been coming to this Staples on Pump Road for years, and the customer service is consistently outstanding, but this last visit truly went above and beyond. I needed to have an item shipped to the store and held for about a week, and the manager, Jordan, handled every detail flawlessly. He stayed on top of everything and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, I ran into a few complications with my order, and Jordan didn’t hesitate—he quickly figured it all out and got everything taken care of without any hassle. You can really tell this store is well-run and that the employees are treated well, everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems happy to be there.

“I want to give a 5 but can’t, yet, as a business customer. Staff is all very friendly, helpful and professional to the best of their ability. I say to the best of their ability because of what I will share below. Which is why I hope the owner reads this.
This location is in a high growth area where I assume demand for business mailboxes will increase. The store size will become a problem (is a problem during holiday periods) and the lack of store sophistication, particularly for business services, is a problem, compared to other locations.
Box renewal reminders and the ease of renewing the box annually is a challenge - really outdated process. I get phone calls but when I call back I get a busy signal often. Renewed over the phone but no method to email me a payment receipt?
Last Christmas this store was so overrun they couldn’t find one of my packages until February. Finally, I have always been able to buy stamps for business use at other UPS stores. This location never has any.”
“Had been waiting 4 months for this to arrive so when it made it to the terminal on a Friday and they said it would be delivered to my home on Monday, I asked if I could just come pick it up. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I was in and out in no time!”

I absolutely LOVE the team at the FedEx Office in Glen Allen! Every single time I come in, I receive exceptional customer service, but I have to give a special shoutout to Naomi and Angel.
Naomi is AMAZING! She is always friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. No matter how busy the store is, she maintains such a positive attitude and always makes me feel like a valued customer. She works quickly, answers all of my questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. It is so refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
Angel, the store manager, is just as phenomenal. She leads with professionalism, kindness, and excellence. You can truly tell she cares about both her customers and her team. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been positive, and she consistently ensures that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

“Today I had an excellent experience at this store. I went there to register for TSA precheck. I would strongly suggest making an appointment which you can do online. I actually went there as a walk-in. This department is busy with several people in line. The employee who helped me at the TSA pre-check counter was excellent. She was patient, competent and efficient .I am not very good at technology, and she walked me through and checked everything until I successfully completed the process. It is best to complete the application online if possible. It is also important to bring the proper documents. You either need to bring a up-to-date passport or a copy of a.real ID Drivers license with a certified copy of your birth certificate.
In addition to her help, two other employees approached me to offer assistance. Since I was a walk-in, another employee registered me and gave me a beeper. He did explain to me that people who came in with appointments would be given preference, but if I was willing to wait then I possibly could be seen. This was a wonderful and helpful customer service experience. It is sad to say, but this is surprising when it happens in this day and time.”

“Excellent place for delivery. Located off Bells Road/Deep Water Terminal Rd. Inbound cardboard delivery located in building #4 on the far side of the property and downhill near I-95/ Powerlines. Check-in with forklift driver. Place can get busy and tight, go slow! Speed Limit 15 MPH. Dockworkers are awesome!”
