“I normally try to avoid cell phone stores at all costs as it tends to be an overwhelmingly and frustrating experience. I’ve dealt with years of poor service with my old carrier and decided to switch my family’s plan and upgrade our phones through Verizon, specifically the location on Cedar Road. Wow!!!! The service I received that day from a very sweet young lady, Jessica S., was absolutely impeccable. My experience was nothing I expected, but everything I could hope for. Jessica was extremely patient and thoroughly explained the transfer process. She was nice enough to help me learn some of the differences upgrading to my new iPhone. What absolutely pushed me over the moon is that Jessica even called me the next day to see how I was adjusting to the phone and invited me back into the store in the case I need assistance with anything else. The customer service I received not only in the store, but also after leaving, exceeded my prior expectations of how phone carrier stores treat their customers. I highly recommend this store to everyone; I even more so recommend Jessica S! Keep up the good work!!”

Despite the extra pressure, Skylar remained personable, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and services. She efficiently helped multiple customers without ever making anyone feel rushed or forgotten.
Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, especially under such challenging circumstances. It’s clear she goes above and beyond to ensure every customer has a great experience. “Kel made the experience great. My lines had upgrades. There was a network issue which was resolved with a reset, they were on top of the problem and it was resolved fast! Very professional and laid back atmosphere. I’d recommend using this specific location if you are a T-Mobile customer or if you’re looking to switch. 10/10.”

“Dedicated, friendly I will only come to this location when I need a local branch! After having a horrible experience at the battlefield location I came here. CeCe worked hard to correct what the problem was. And after being without a phone since Monday and it was now Wednesday CeCe was a breath of fresh air! Not being able to view the screen on my old phone made things difficult but she worked through it with grace! Even when metro pcs main customer service and their supervisor was rude and unhelpful she still kept pushing to fix my phone! Only if all agents were like her the company would be better off! I would give her 10 stars if I could!”
“I went to 2 phone places one in Chesapeake square and one in Virginia Beach. The one in Virginia Beach quoted me $500 to fix an iPhone 14 Pro Max screen and the other one in Chesapeake square mall quoted me $250 but they didn’t have the screen. When I got to cell phone zone I thought I was gonna hear an outrageous price but they were very nice and helpful in total I spent $235 on my phone repair and couldn’t be happier. They don’t cheat you and they give you a screen that actually fits your phone. When I got my screen fix just a couple months ago in Virginia Beach they gave me a screen that rose off my phone about an 1 1/2 thick. The screen cell phone zone gave me it the closest thing you will get to an apple screen. I am so happy with the work that was done and the services I received. I’m glad to say I will be going back with future phone repairs.”
“The Battlefield location in Chesapeake was hard to find.
Apart from that the store was stocked and clean.
Several people are waiting before us. But everything was good and the guy that helped us was great and funny. Answer all my Wife's silly questions and definitely if I could remember his name I would give him a shout out.

“Overall friendly service. Depending on the day, there can be a long wait for a walk-in appointment. I was told that the $19/month Verizon Mobile Protect is automatically added to any new phone purchase, and it can only be taken off after the sale had completed by calling Verizon. This is false, and is really as a sleazy sales tactic to increase commissions. Beware.”
