“My radiator hose blew off and it had to be ordered, Advance Auto part didn’t have it in stock but thanks to Mr. Terrance I didn’t have to get my van towed to a mechanic shop. Terrance went above and beyond, took his time to help look for other hoses to solve the problem. We were able to replace the hose and didn’t have to send the van to the mechanic. Thank you Terrance!!! I wish we can always find people like you who truly like to help.”

“My car had failed VA State Inspection due to leaks in the exhaust system and the shop who inspected it for me recommended Mitch's. I can't tell you how happy I was that they did. They took it in early, around 8:30, looked it over for me and came back with a very reasonable price, and since I was waiting there, got me back out by about 1:00 P.M. for the very reasonable price of $250.00. Took it back to the BP station where it passed re-inspection immediately.”

I always call ahead to check availability when they have it I tell them I'm coming they go ahead and pull apart and it's quick and easy. They got a good location and comparison to having to drive all the way to downtown Suffolk or beyond. They have a gigantic lot with tons of cars and tons of parts give them a call and they will wrap it right up”
