“I had a wonderful experience with my first and second visit at Caliber Collision at 4731 Eubank Rd. Richmond,VA 23231 the service writer Mr. Cal was very professional and personal as he did a estimate on the work that I needed done on my automobile and he was the best and then I had a great experience with one of the front desk workers that work there also her name was Ms. Marissa I had needed appointment to bring my other vehicle in for a estimate for to have work done on it as well and she made me a appointment for to bring it in and she went the extra mile to shedule my appointment as convenient as possible for me because of my work hours and she squeeze me in so that I could get it done and get to work at a reasonable time it's people like her that makes the world a better place. I was really happy and pleased with her effort. It is great to have employees like her on your staff.”

“I have only had my car repaired one or two other times previously, but this by far was the best experience by far. I had my car towed here after it was stolen at the suggestion by my insurance. The staff was in constant communication to keep me updated on how my car was coming along and were always willing to answer any questions I might have.
My car was returned to me in excellent condition in a short manner of time. Being that I work five days a week and need to commute back and forth, I could not be more grateful for that.

“This store is a hidden gem!! I’m a carpet cleaner by trade, and I use Mytee Lite extractors on a daily basis. They carry just about every replacement part I may need to keep my machines running.
I went there yesterday to get some parts for my machine, and Taylor and Norman were very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me get the parts I needed.

“Battery died went in to see if we could get it charged (they do it for free) while waiting for it to charge we explained what was wrong Kemal said it could possibly be our alternator. He didn't have to do this but the fact that he did is why I gave it a five-star review he took a look and found that it wasn't the problem it was the serpentine belt we bought a part in he replaced it for us. Amazing experience he was super nice we are looking into getting a lot fixed on our car we got quoted 2,000 for everything that needed done after we were finished replacing the belt he gave us his card and said he could take a look and could give us as quote that should be much less expensive. ??”
