“I love love, love love love chase bank. They have been nothing but amazing to me.. I I live on a very fixed income and Chase bank makes no money on me but treats me like I’m a Kardashian…..RENEE HOLMES-aka BRANCH MANAGER / VICE PRESIDENT of the CARRYTOWN, VIRGINIA location, is so Customer Service oriented goes above and beyond and really does care. I’m treated like I have millions of dollars in the bank not just living on SSI disability. I have nothing bad to say about Chase bank. I have gotten nothing but exceptional service since day one I’ve been to Hampton Virginia branch I’ve been to Roanoke, Virginia ,Christiansburg, Virginia doing business and I’ve never been taken advantage of or lied to mistreated but my favorite branch is Carey Town Virginia branch and Miss Rene. Holmes makes this branch with exceptional customer service and takes her job very serious.. so to the two people that left one stars Rene and I believe it was Leonard there’s three sides to a story, your side, the bank side, and the truth, and people have a hard time putting in the full truth. The only negative I have to say about Chase is I don’t like dealing with calls when I need to call them at night time and I get overseas, but that’s with any company I feel it’s frustrating to deal with somebody. That’s 30,000 miles away. That does not understand the United States way and it’s really not their fault. It’s lack of training I give Chase Bank 100 stars. They have been nothing but terrific to me. And to you, Miss Rene Holmes thank you for going above and beyond and helping me when my disability did not show up in my account this month you really are appreciated…??”

“Great bank and great people. I always used large national banks before, but I got tired of all the mergers, and the revolving door of tellers, and the holds they would place on deposits, and the general inflexibility of a big bank. Switched to First Bank for my business about six years ago and it’s exactly how a bank should be. Same friendly staff has been there the whole time and they know all their customers by name. They never put holds on deposits. I’ve recommended them to others and everyone who has switched has been super pleased.”
