“Today I visited this T-Mobile store for the second time in a few weeks, and again had a very positive experience. The first time, I was asking about setting up a T-Mobile business internet account. I was helped by Kelly, who was very patient and courteous, and understood my situation clearly. She sent a message to the proper person who handles business accounts, and I was set up and running within a few days after that. Today I went in because I had received a confusing letter in the mail from T-Mobile. Kelly placed two phone calls and checked the computer system, and got the situation completely resolved within a few minutes. Based on my experiences, I would highly recommend this store for your cell phone and home or business internet needs.”

Song is knowledgeable, accessible, and always a pleasure to deal with.Our phone system has multiple lines. We have the ability to have different ring schedules depending on time of day and date. We are able to answer our phones remotely via a convenient app. We are also able to check voicemails and initiate outgoing calls.Overall, Executive Systems, Inc. is a great company to work with, and I highly recommend them for any company's VOIP needs!”
“Just went to store #9796, the T-mobile and the workers were extremely efficient and helpful. This is not my home store and they helped me and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. It’s expected that there is a wait when getting phone services, but they saw I needed a screen saver and helped me promptly. The attendant Tony, was very kind, quick, and replaced my screen with no issues. My home store said they ordered one for me, it had been 15 days, still no confirmation of shipping, so I greatly appreciate this stores willingness to help and make sure my screen protector wasn’t cutting my fingers. Shout out to Tony, he’s the best! If you’re ever in the chesterfield Midlothian area this T-mobile is excellent.”

“Great service today at this location. Everyone was calm and kind. I had a really weird thing going on with my SIM and had been struggling to activate an old phone. The guys here solved the issue and after a week of Verizon reps in other locations and on the phone not being able to fix it, I left with my phone active.
