All of the staff at RVRC were incredibly supportive, professional, and got our pup in for an MRI immediately. CCU Nurse Fani, Dr. Kees, Dr. Divita and Dr. Hollingsworth were amazing and helped us get through a tough time with high level care for our dog and empathy and communication for us. The Cremeschnitte? Legitimately excellent. Light, creamy, perfectly balanced — exactly the kind of thing that makes you briefly consider moving closer.
Now, a gentle cultural observation: when you grow up with very precise Swiss terminology for pastries, you naturally assume the rest of the world operates under the same linguistic treaty. It does not.
Lesson learned: adaptation is everything.
And the prices? Admirably authentic. Switzerland-level authentic. The full immersive experience, including that familiar “ah yes, this feels like home” moment at the register.

The vibes are such a cozy viet cafe with little viet drinks and snacks that are absolutely authentic. Highly recommend this restaurant, please support them!

Menu is expansive and I had the TCB Chicken pita (chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and ranch) it was delicious and I devoured it hence no pic of it! Even with the new management, it's great to see that they've kept the same menu and, most importantly, the same amazing food we've always enjoyed. The last time we visited, the restaurant was pretty busy, so it took a little while to place our order, but once we did, the food came out quickly. I ordered the bún chả Hà Nội, and it was absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and just as comforting as I remembered. I really appreciate seeing this place continue to thrive, and I'll definitely keep supporting this great establishment whenever I'm in Springfield. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic, consistently great Vietnamese food.

Using the iPad in the beginning to order made things so much faster instead of waiting for the server to come around. I’m guessing that guests were misusing them and they had to do away with them. Our kids love the conveyor belt. We do wish it had a little more variety on it to help out in between waiting for our orders to arrive.

This coffee house has been my secondary office and home. I come here almost everyday and really appreciate Starbucks for letting me enjoy my time at their “house.”
I love all the baristas here and greatly appreciate their outstanding customer service. They are very friendly, nice, fast, and helpful. They deserve millions of thanks from everyone so my millions of thanks to go to Jennifer, Angel, Matthew, Vinny, and those I don’t remember their name (my bad!).
I sincerely wish all the baristas a wonderful holiday season and a happy New Year.
