“There nothing like a well rounded customer service experience. I came in to replace my tempered screen protector and was certain I’d have a seamless interaction and be in & out quickly. I came in and was promptly greeted then asked the reason for my visit. Brandon was prompt professional and knowledgeable of products and services. I ran into a brief misunderstanding of policies surrounding my replacement screen protector. After connecting with a rep via the T-Mobile customer service line we landed on a resolution. Brandon exercised a wonderful level of personality and understanding which made for a very pleasant in store experience. I really appreciated Brandon’s recovery as his co-workers original approach was lackluster and unprofessional. Ask for Brandon.S, he’ll make sure you’re taken care of !!”

I was with him all day unfortunately because I had specialized issues with my old phone and I was scared I was going to lose family photos, and other important information. He set my mind at ease and helped me get all that information transferred to my new phone and set up how I needed it to be. He's a total rock star and all of you need to go work with him! “I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store, thanks to Tony. I had a complicated line transfer issue, and Tony spent several hours patiently working through it with me until everything was completely resolved.
He went above and beyond to make sure the transfer was done correctly and also helped me find a better setup that saves me money every month. I really appreciate his patience, effort, and willingness to stick with the problem for hours instead of just giving me a quick answer.
