“Today I was fortunate to have Marcus @ Holland Rd.,Va Bch store assist me with solving an error on my Fios account. Marcus connected me with a Verizon rep who was able to correct my account. Marcus was also able to help me with new Verizon equipment. Marcus is very knowledgeable regarding Verizon , is polite, works quickly, is a valuable employee.”

They are always polite and go the extra mile in trying to help.I must admit, I believe this is a USA thing, with the mantra that the customer always comes first. “Great experience with friendly, funny, patient, extremely helpful staff. Mery helped me upgrade my phone and helped us greatly with our account. She was knowledgeable and patient and just fun to speak with. She made the process fly by. We also spoke with Joe who was great and all the staff had an excellent energy.”
“I was hacked last week and Kevin spent 4 hours helping me get my 4 phones back. He was amazing! The over the phone support was extremely frustrating. 3 hours in they tried upsell me something and that did not go over well.
After that I had an issue due to the hack on 2 of my phones and Hayden spent 2 hours the next weekend helping me get those fixed.
To summarize the people in the store were very helpful and great to work with the on phone Verizon support was very frustrating.”

“My husband and I came to drop off an old phone for a trade in we got. In doing so, it was noticed that our bill went up significantly which it shouldn’t have. The Manager Chris got involved to help with the issue and while looking into this issue we mentioned how we did trade in on 2 phones at different location which was not a corporate store [664 Phoenix Dr Space 130, Virginia Beach, VA 23452]. They searched and did not find the traded in phones in system. Apparently the employee at the other location stole our phones. He told us verbally that they were traded in and took our old phones but didn’t apply the promo to bill or enter old phones IMEI into Verizon system. The Manager Chris and Ashley at this location stayed after closing to help us get some relief with our bill by sitting on phone with PACT/Verizon support. They mentioned writing review for other location and in doing so I noticed other reviews mentioning same thing. Their phones stolen as well and how they have to fight with Verizon to get promos honored. Chris and Ashley went above and beyond to help as much as they could because their hands were tied as far as phones being taken. Verizon gives them a raise! And fire Colt from other location or shut it down.”

“The service from Telcom is simply wonderful! The response and quality of providing service is a true 10 on a scale from 1 to 10! The staff is incredible. I spoke with a staff member by the name of Amanda and she was truly AWESOME!
