Salty Dog Wash
4664 Lynwood Center Rd NE, Bainbridge IslandI've been bringing my dog for mostly the self wash for years, but recently brought him in for a full grooming. I couldn't be happier. Chelsea did a great job with him and bonus, he didn't hate it. He's got a very thick and long coat and I felt I had lost the battle, but Chelsea fixed it and gave me some pointers. (I'd rather have her do it)

10255 NE Valley Rd, Bainbridge IslandThis extraordinary shop has the most delicious bagels and cream cheeses, and now they are offering cheese-crusted pizzas, which are remarkable! They also offer a line of fermented vegetables and kimchee. The store is only open 3 days a week (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), so you'll have to wait in line unless you arrive at 7:00 am when they open. Don't miss this Bainbridge Island treasure. The best food and the nicest people in a welcoming spot, complete with chessboards, near Bay Hay and Feed.

8989 NE Day Rd, Bainbridge IslandThis vineyard serves excellent wine ? We had a summer flight and enjoyed all of the samples. I love that they have multiple outdoor seatings with shades so we could have some private time enjoying wine, having conversations and playing board games provided.
And YES they allow pets ?, which is a huge plus if you don’t want to go to some indoor wine tasting room and abandon your babies in the car on a super hot sunny day..
Not sure why they have an option to purchase entrance tickets for $25. Could be misleading and turn away lots of potential customers who think they have to purchase tickets to come in. It’s free. All you gotta pay for is your wine and go find your spot to chill.
The only downside is they don’t invest in providing you with a proper restroom. “There’s a honey bucket near the entrance” cool…
Overall great experience! I’d come back here again!

Commuter Comforts
270 Olympic Dr SE, Bainbridge IslandI'm so glad that Commuter Comforts is at the Bainbridge Ferry Terminal. It is a convenient place to get a coffee, tea or quick bite. They also have beer, wine and cocktails! There's a small amount of seating, but it's not really intended to be a sit down place to have a meal, but rather a place to grab something before or after a ferry ride. On our recent visit before our ferry ride in the morning, we ordered a Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, an Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese, and a couple of chais. We grabbed a couple of stools and happily ate our fare in the 20 minutes before the ferry was scheduled. Tasty and filling. The wait staff behind the counter was pleasant, speedy and helpful. Now, could they please add something equivalent at the Seattle Ferry Terminal!!

500 Winslow Way E Suite 130, Bainbridge Island5/5! The wines were soooo delicious. It was my first time trying wines from Washington and I was blown away. The service was great as well. The lady who worked there even let us try some sweet wines (which were surprisingly good). I’d love to one day come back!

7501 NE Dolphin Dr, Bainbridge IslandI love this place, we've had to bring a few roosters and they make it so easy, had to bring to 2 more, it's now $10 a bird, which I'm happy to do because I think it's a good cause. Lisa was the one who greeted me on site today and I was pretty frustrated about having to give them up, she was super sweet and defensive for us and helped me understand our Ag codes and rights. I felt relief & it was just nice to be understood. Thanks for your help!!!
