There was a small problem with the delivery but Reily took my call and drove over to properly my delivery. She was thoughtful and definitely went above and beyond to deliver excellent service!

I'm experiencing a health crisis and while I wait for surgery, I can't carry anything heavy. I usually walk home with a backpack full of canned food. Since I couldn't do that now, I asked to have my purchase delivered. I didn't realize I could only request delivery online. After a week of stress and helplessness, I fell apart. Until one of the employees offered to drop off my purchase on the way home from work. I'm grateful, and my cats are fed. And I will continue to be grateful for the Mud Bay in my neighborhood.

Birch went above and beyond in every way. Not only was the level of knowledge impressive, but the time taken to truly listen and understand what I needed for Chanel specifically made all the difference. The recommendations were thoughtful, practical, and clearly came from a place of real care and expertise.
What stood out most was the compassion and kindness. It’s clear there is a genuine passion for helping both animals and their owners. That combination of professionalism and personal care is rare.
I left feeling confident, supported, and honestly grateful for the experience. I haven’t encountered customer service like that in a long time. Birch is an absolute asset, and I will absolutely be coming back because of this experience.

8050 Lake City Way NE, Seattlei just got a new cat!! i’ve never had my own cat before, so i wasn’t sure what she would need. i asked the staff and they were so friendly and knowledgeable about different types of litter, dry food, wet food, and treat options. they also gave us some samples to try out to see what she likes best! i also had a bit of a panic right after my girl’s spay- she got the cone off in about 3 seconds, even when i tied it tighter. i took her in and they helped me find a bodysuit that would fit to cover her incision til it heals. i will definitely be coming back here!

My family and I moved to Seattle from New York City a month ago. My fur baby’s groomer there, Pup Studio on the Upper East Side, set the bar high with meticulous hand scissoring, careful dematting and the teddy bear look I love. Finding someone new I could trust wasn’t easy.
I spent hours researching groomers all over Seattle and even visited salons for consultations. He had a few mats, and I wanted someone who could work through them while preserving as much of his coat as possible. Other salons showed me charts with different shave lengths and discussed which areas they would need to shave. That wasn’t something I was used to at our New York salon, so I left those consultations feeling discouraged.
Then my apartment building advertised Seattle Canine Club. I read so many great reviews about Lauren that I initially asked for her, but my appointment was booked with Nicole. Lauren wasn’t available until the following week, and the staff assured me Nicole was wonderful too. After reading reviews about her patience with the dogs, I decided to keep the appointment. I’m so happy I did!
What stood out immediately was how warm, pleasant and receptive Nicole was. I had specific requests about his cut and questions about how she would handle the mats. Where some people might have taken those questions personally or felt I was questioning their ability, Nicole welcomed the conversation. She listened, took my concerns seriously and never made me feel like I was being difficult. To me, that says so much about both her confidence in her work and how she treats her clients. I felt heard and comfortable trusting her with him.
And she absolutely delivered! She carefully worked through his mats and gave him the exact look I had hoped for. His cut was beautifully done, and he had that adorable teddy bear look I love. I was so happy when I saw him. After spending so much time searching and worrying about finding the right person, seeing how beautifully she groomed him was such a relief.
Nicole’s skill, patience and warmth made this such a wonderful experience. She’s a top-tier groomer, and I’m so grateful my fur baby has someone here in Seattle we can feel great about. Coming from someone who searched endlessly and is very particular, I can’t recommend her enough. We’ve found our groomer!

8337 15th Avenue Northwest, SeattleMy dog had his first visit with Karra two days ago, and she was absolutely amazing! My dog can be difficult to groom, and I’m honestly embarrassed to say that previous groomers have actually had to send him home because of his behavior.
Karra, however, is a miracle worker! I have never seen my dog look this beautiful. I showed her a picture of the look I wanted, but honestly, I wasn’t expecting him to turn out anything like the photo. But WOW—he looked even BETTER!
Karra was incredibly sweet, patient, and clearly very skilled. I couldn’t believe how comfortable my dog was with her. Seeing him actually enjoy the grooming process was such a relief!
I am extremely satisfied with our first visit with Olive My Grooming and will 1000% be recommending Karra to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much for giving my pup such an amazing groom! ❤🐾

The Wash Dog

old review from this morning: this is the first time i’ve ever written a review for this place. i definitely and always will recommend canine casa. all staff have been lovely to my dog and to me as a owner no matter what. i recently talked to someone a week before my dogs appt today asking how about going scheduling due to my work schedule. the lovely lady said it was okay for me to drop him off earlier than appt time if that was needed and to pick him up whenever i could when he was done. ( obviously before they close) i went in this morning about an hour ago and i walked in and seen someone who works there that i have never seen. her name is Lois Johnson and i can already see her judging me and my dog. the first thing she asks in a rude tone is “ have you even been here before ?” and already i knew that she wasn’t a great person. she kept asking me all these questions about my dog and already saying that he needs to be admittedly shaved down in a horrible way and i knew my dog was matted yes, i KNEW already he was gonna be shaved down but there was no need for that person to say it in a way as in my dog was a problem. a lovely lady comes out and asks me how i’m doing and before she can even finish her sentence, that other person decides to cut in and say oh, we already spoke about what the dog needed and then when she realized my dog was under HER schedule, i could tell on her freakin face that she was upset about it. i’m going to start scheduling with specific people from now on because doing whoever was never a problem until now. my mom will let me know once she picks up my dog, who the other ladies are and how it went after.

Cascade Heights Veterinary Clinic has the best staff possible. I had seen Dr. Kathleen Paulson when she worked at another clinic. I have transferred my two cats to her clinic. It is more convenient to my home and I appreciate the family - like atmosphere at Cascade Heights. Dr. Paulson is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor. I trust what she tells me and she is conscious of the difficulty some owners may have in paying high vet costs. She will explain her decisions carefully and present alternatives if needed. I am overjoyed to have this clinic in our neighborhood.

They are great at helping you over the phone with getting you an appt and advice for what to look out for, are so good with the animals once you’re there, and giving you feedback on your concerns. I have a pretty anxious dog, and they always spend extra time making her (Pigeon) feel safe and gets coddled through the appt. I really appreciate how they walk you through charges beforehand so you are not surprised at the end with a huge bill like some practices I’ve been to in the past. I recommend this to anyone - imo, just as important as learning Pet First Aid and Pet CPR - is to understand body language- as after all our pups can’t talk.

Dog's Day Out
6733 15th Avenue Northwest, SeattleI took my large dog for the 2.5 years I lived in Seattle. I loved it because he loved it. Drew and the previous manager are absolutely wonderful. When I showed up to pick him up, he was usually asleep in one of the corners or cots.
Our favorite things about DDO were that there was a cap to the number of dogs per day (meaning the person there had control of the place and could tell if something was off with the dogs), that they could come in and out (for my dog this was extra special because he is a live stock guardian breed and likes to lay and observe), and that the backyard had wood chips (the dogs didn’t get muddy and they didn’t have to be on concrete or turf that usually made my dog smell extra icky). For all of those reasons I drove 40 minutes each way to keep him there after we moved from a closer area.
Now we’ve moved away from Seattle but my dog and I REALLY MISS DDO and his dog besties.
We hope y’all take a chance on taking your pups there. This place is magical!

This was also my first experience with any pet boarding and I’m so thankful to have found All My Kitties first. They were quick to respond, very helpful and informative before hand which I appreciated as I didn’t really know what to expect. They answered all of my questions and were super friendly. Our entire experience from drop off to pick up and the online blog photos of my cat through our his stay made me feel confident he was taken such good care of. The boarding space was also very beautiful and clean and my cat seemed to love it and also had a lot of fun playing with the other cats. I’ll absolutely be returning and will refer anyone to All My Kitties.

The photo updates are fantastic, especially when you are away from home. It’s such a comfort seeing happy, well-cared for pups during their walks. I also really appreciate the email notifications when each walk starts and ends.
The app is very easy to use, scheduling is straightforward, and billing is simple and hassle-free. We keep a pretty regular weekly schedule, and it is always easy to make changes when something comes up.
We have been using Walk With Tanya for 9 months now and we highly recommend this service to anyone in Seattle looking for dependable, thoughtful, and truly excellent dog care!

Debbie and the Dogs

We do not worry about our dog at all when he is with Debbie. She has a very fun instagram account so you can see your pup on a regular basis when you are out of town. It’s an understatement to say that I highly recommend her.

The banh mi drip is the perfect dish if you are in a meat mood. The mango salad was light and fresh. No photos since the food was devoured so quickly. I can't wait to try the pho and bun bo hue bowl.

Walked in and it's pretty much what you would expect. The lady working the counter was super nice! My food was made quickly and I was on my way. Got back to my hotel opened up the sandwich and it was amazing! Everything look great and most importantly, tasted wonderful. Simple menu, great service, affordable! Next time I'm in town. I'll be checking this out again.

I had the mama Mia it came with arugula, mortadella, hot honey, ricotta, olive oil. So simplistic yet perfectly executed. Hands down the best sandwich I have had in seattle in a while. Dont skip the tiramisu. It was so delicious. Incredibly soft with a rich flavor.

9205 35th Avenue Southwest, SeattleThis is the most amazing pet mortuary care place I've ever seen in my life, and I've had to say goodbye to more than one pet in my life. Everyone who works there is compassionate, understanding and does their best for you and your fuzzy loved one.
I asked if they could reclaim my 16 year old beloved dog's microchip and was told if it survived the process intact they would be happy to, and it was given to me in its own little vial and muslin bag along with snips of my dog's fur artfully arranged in a vial to show off her different fur colors, resin footprint and inked pawprints. You can't get the microchip back in a cremation, I asked when my cat died 5 years ago and was told it doesn't survive.
Worth every penny and I highly recommend Resting Waters to anyone at that worst time in their life as when they have to say goodbye to a pet. You will know your loved one will be cared for here.

5200 Roosevelt Way Northeast Ste b, SeattleI’ve adopted two kittens at separate times from PAWS Cat City; 1-year-old Mouse (formerly named Spirit) and 4-month-old Teddy (formerly named Granite). Both times, I received great support and very helpful tips from the lovely staff and volunteers at this shelter. My babies are healthy, happy, and high energy! Every time I come into the shelter, it’s always nice and clean, and the kittens + cats here have lots of toys, food, and clean litter boxes. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend PAWS Cat City to anyone looking to adopt either a kitten or cat!
