Paws & Fins Pet Shop
1050 Hildebrand Ln NE Suite 104 Suite 104, Bainbridge IslandOreo is today’s most satisfied customer.Great selection of dog treats. Prices are reasonable especially for ears. Easy to park and run in. Oreo likes to go inside, sniff around and do a little dance in front of the cash wrap. If it wasn’t so cute it would be embarrassing.

Pet Grooming
The Fluffy Ruff Dog Spa
344 Tormey Ln NE #173, Bainbridge IslandMy corgi is very fussy and has not let anyone touch her feet since she was a puppy. The wonderful folks here work magic and are able to trim her nails, and do a wonderful job with her fur. Super friendly and helpful.

Pet Care
Day Road Animal Hospital
8355 NE Day Rd E, Bainbridge IslandI recently moved to Bainbridge Island and needed to have concerns addressed that our previous vet didn’t dive deeper into. DRAH has been awesome with scheduling, I like their check in process (park, call in to let staff know you’re there, they come out and pick you/pet up) - I have St Bernard’s and I’m sure the other pets and pet parents appreciate my pups not scaring their fur kids, so the added “space” between all parties is much appreciated all around. I also appreciate their approach with including the pet parents in the discussion of a treatment plan. I felt very much a part of the process and think it’s the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

Pet Sitting & Training
Courtney Bray Dog Whisperer
7371 NE Coyote Farm Ln, Bainbridge IslandCourtney is awesome! Her facilities in Port Orchard are awesome! Everything is AWESOME! I brought my puppy to her for just a couple private sessions for behavioral challenges I couldn’t figure out and was able to run with her guidance from there. Her principles around become pack leader were a game changer. She offers private sessions, board train, and I also participated in a puppy pack class. Pup pack was priceless for socializing my pup in a safe environment with an expert there to guide through training challenges that came up during playtime. She was available outside of class time for the occasional text or email check in as I worked through some things with my pup. I just can’t say enough great things about Courtney!! Her expertise is worth every penny!

HI LIFE
220 Olympic Dr SE, Bainbridge IslandA hidden gem right off the Bainbridge Island ferry with no wrong choices. Want a cheaper drink or some food? Take advantage of happy hour! My only gripe is that it feels a little pricey, but it feels worthwhile!

Bainbridge Vineyards
8989 NE Day Rd, Bainbridge IslandOur first wine tasting, so take this with a grain of salt. It was delightful. Very comfortable places to relax. Very nice wines. Nice staff. Only drawback was we found no indoor bathroom. Only a portable toilet.

Eagle Harbor Winery
8897 Three Tree Ln NE, Bainbridge IslandGreat hospitality at Eagle Harbor winery! This was our first winery stop on Bainbridge island and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The wine tasted great too! They specialize in dry earthy reds but I was also pleasantly surprised by the late harvest Semillon (and I’m not usually a sweet wine person). It’s also very cute inside!

Bainbridge Apothecary and Tea Shop
450 Winslow Way E, Bainbridge IslandWhat a gem! We lucked into a reservation on the weekend, and spent a leisurely afternoon enjoying the ambience (and delicious food and tea) in the little cottage in back of the store, all to ourselves! There was no real rush to get through the service, which was just what we needed to spend time catching up with each other. Each course was delightful and so very delicious! While I want to give kudos for this wonderful place, I worry that getting another reservation in the future might be more difficult! We loved it.

Eleven Winery
7671 NE Day Rd W, Bainbridge IslandThis is by far the best winery on Bainbridge Island and anywhere close. We love the wine, atmosphere, and especially the people. Alana, Armathia, and Forrest are some of the friendliest, funniest, and most welcoming people you'd be lucky enough to meet at a tasting room. We also just learned that the founder Matt is considered the Mouvedre King of Washington! They make amazing wines and are so welcoming!

Fletcher Bay Winery - Tasting Room
500 Winslow Way E Suite 130, Bainbridge IslandWent there on a windy and cloudy Saturday evening with my friend who loves wine tasting. They offer different wine tastings - Just Reds, Mixed or Custom. They also have some 'Library reserve' wines for tasting that o saw later. Each tasting has 4 wines. Between me and my friend, we got one Reds and another Custom. My favorites were there Barking Red, Sauvignon Blanc and Rose. Me and my friend shared our flights to taste as many as we could. Ordered their cheese platter to snack with the wines. They waive off the tasting fees if you buy 2 bottles. We liked their wines and bought 2 bottles each. Barking red (red blend) and 2022 Sauvignon blanc for me. Barking red and Sagrantino (red). All their wines are made in Washington. We got our dog along so we sat outside. They had outdoor seating with umbrellas, didn't see any heaters. It was manageable for us but I don't recommend that for colder days. Overall a good experience.

Blackbird Bakery
210 Winslow Way E, Bainbridge IslandTLDR; super long and slow lines, really nice pastries. When we got here (9.30am), the line probably had 7-8 groups ahead of us, and it took us about 20 minutes to get to the front. I got the savory croissant which was overall pretty quite nice. Unfortunately it felt a bit oily (not buttery) to me - I let it sit in the paper bag for a couple hours, after which it was perfect since the bag soaked up all the extra oil/butter.

Bainbridge Brewing
9415 Coppertop Loop NE, Bainbridge IslandAlways a good time at the brewery. My review is for the personal touch of our local brewery, they're super friendly and know their regulars. I am a sporadic visitor (ie. homebody) but I recently scheduled a meeting at the brewery and ordered pizza delivery. Well, my pizza beat me to the brewery by a good 30 minutes. Staff accepted the pizza and held it for me. They then called me to let me know. Great staff and great beer. Personal favorite is the Kolsch. Their sours are also good ?

West Sound Wildlife Shelter
7501 NE Dolphin Dr, Bainbridge IslandI love this place, we've had to bring a few roosters and they make it so easy, had to bring to 2 more, it's now $10 a bird, which I'm happy to do because I think it's a good cause. Lisa was the one who greeted me on site today and I was pretty frustrated about having to give them up, she was super sweet and defensive for us and helped me understand our Ag codes and rights. I felt relief & it was just nice to be understood. Thanks for your help!!!
