“All my direct deposits are released as soon as they receive it (usually by 8:30 am PST for me). On average, I receive my paychecks four business days in advance; and even earlier, during the holidays, not later, as many other institutions practice. The tellers, whether experienced or not, are highly qualified subject experts in matters concerning most/all of my financial needs; and this is what I liked second to most: if Anyone, whether teller or manager does not know an answer, they ask the right individual (no matter what status) the appropriate inquiry to their craft- THEY GET THE RIGHT ANSWER FOR YOU, and not a load of useless waste (who likes their time wasted, also). WHAT I LIKE MOST: is their continual cheerful and polite customer service; and my, it takes you back, and causes you to check your demeanor and mannerisms. These professionals are people, who have real lives as we all do; and they keep it together, every time.”

Kitsap might want to modernize their online payment system. this would make Kitsap better than any other mainstream bank. Extremely ridiculous online payment system. I set up a payment that had an extra fee. It shouldn't cost anything to pay off credit card. The payment didn't go through because it said I didn't include fee. This is so unprofessional. Of course, I approved fee, but now payment late. I will payoff account ASAP and close it. Thanks KCU!”

I love BECU and have been a member for decades, along with most of the family. With all the new housing construction in the area, hopefully BECU is considering adding a full Financial location in the not too distant future. The local Financial locations cannot provide full transaction/financial services.”
