“I’m writing this specifically to shout out John, who seems to be carrying this entire post office on his back.
It is rare to see one person handle so much with such ease. John is friendly, incredibly organized, and fast as lightning. Even when the line is long, he keeps things moving efficiently without ever losing his positive attitude.
Honestly, it feels like this entire location is held together by his hard work. If anyone deserves a raise and recognition from the USPS, it’s him. People like John make a normally tedious errand a total breeze. Great service!”
“I'm always nervous about official things for some dumb reason but my man Dino helped me apply for a passport like a boss. The guy was very helpful, called me by my first name, really just made the process a no hassle affair. The post office is lucky to have him.”

“I've been dropping packages off for my business in the morning and the atmosphere here is always very friendly. Today I got help from a manager named Andre and I was extremely grateful! He suggested a package pickup service for my at home business and helped me get everything set up. He was also great with my two year old who was with me at the time. Highly recommend! :)”

“I have been attending this post office for quite some time now and I have never encountered a problem. Today, in the morning, I went in to mail some letters and needed help with questions and both clerks (female) were very polite, professional and helpful. I was there after 10:00 AM in the morning and there was no long line everyone there, customers and clerks, were pleasant and courteous.”

“I recently moved and had forgotten to fill out the updated mailing address slip in the mailbox for my new building. A package I had been waiting for was rerouted since the unit is vacant in their system. When I called directly, the agent on the line gave me an update within a couple of minutes and was able to get the package rerouted back to me by end of day. Much better service than I would have expected. Thank you!”

Somehow while working the counter (mostly) alone, she managed to take our passport photos and process our paperwork - all while still assisting other customers in line. She even got us in early before our scheduled appt time. Thank you, Hein!”
“I was in there this afternoon, the clerk whose name is think was Monique (?) was wonderful!! My qr code was not working, she was apologetic and reassuring, finally worked. d During this time, she answered questions and helped others while we all worried about the cheating baby chick's someone ordered and had not picked up ....she was the only clerk and was outstanding!!!!! thank you for being such a cool person.”
