The staff here is absolutely doing their best. It's clear that the government doesn't value the service they provide.
I got my passport taken care of with none of the hassle I had to go through for my Real ID.
The only thing this place needs is an injection of cash. They already have the integrity, dedication, and compassion.”

“I had a package that said it was delivered to me but was delivered to the wrong address . I went that day and filled out a missing package paperwork. The manager contacted me about an hour later. He found where my package was delivered he went and retrieved it and delivered it to me! To say he went above and beyond is an understatement! Thank you!!!”

“I wanted to shout out Mariea personally for being an absolute joy to work with in shipping a package out to Canada. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and walked me through the entire process in detail with patience. I drove in from West Seattle because this location had the best reviews and after my conversation with Mariea I can see why!
Quick mention: Apple maps for some reason guided me to the back entrance of the store and Mariea had to guide me to the front door. I'm not sure if this is also the case with Google maps, but I thought it was worth mentioning for prospective customers using iPhones.”

“I wanted to recognize Darlethia for providing such exceptional customer service today. I came in with around 20 Depop packages to ship, and what should have been a fairly quick transaction turned into a much longer one because the thermal label printer kept malfunctioning. Every time it printed a label, it would jam, and she had to stop, fix it, and readjust everything before continuing. From what she shared, this has been an ongoing issue with the printer for quite some time.
Despite the constant technical problems, Darlethia remained incredibly patient, calm, and kind throughout the entire process. What could have been a 15-minute transaction ended up taking closer to 40 minutes, yet she never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or rushed me. She stayed positive, worked through every single issue, and was determined to make sure all of my packages were shipped successfully.
It’s easy to provide good customer service when everything is working properly, but it’s much harder to maintain such a positive attitude when you’re dealing with equipment that keeps failing. Darlethia handled the situation with professionalism, grace, and genuine kindness from start to finish.
I truly appreciate the extra time and effort she put into helping me today. Employees like Darlethia are a huge asset to USPS, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you again for going above and beyond to make sure all of my packages made it out today!”

A package I had been waiting for was rerouted since the unit is vacant in their system. When I called directly, the agent on the line gave me an update within a couple of minutes and was able to get the package rerouted back to me by end of day. “I had a great experience at this USPS location thanks to Wayne. I came in for FBI fingerprinting without realizing they have already closed for that service earlier in the day. I was bracing myself to hear I would have to come back but Wayne kindly made an exception and took care of it right then and there.
It's rare to find someone willing to go out of their way like that, especially near the end of a service window. He saved me a return trip and a lot of hassle and I really appreciated it.”

This post office is a very busy spot on the island but each time I’ve gone in, I have had a pleasant interaction and wonderful assistance. It’s also really great to have the automated postal kiosk there for after office hours to send packages and get stamps. Thankful for the dedicated staff here.”
