“I worked with Noor (apologies for any misspelling!), who didn't try once but three times, to find me the correct glass front for the Samsung note 10+, because most of the local sellers were using a screen with a weird bezel instead of extending from edge to edge. He went out of his way to try to find the right screen replacement, going as far as ordering a replacement out of country, and he walked me through the process so I understood in layman's terms what he was doing and why. He was a really down to earth guy to chat with and was very personable and easy going. I walked out with a perfect note 10+ screen replacement and highly recommend using them.”

“Had the best experience at this Verizon retailer. These things can be a hassle, but our sales associate, Nolan, took really good care of us. We had a somewhat complex transaction - moving 2 lines off of one account to a new account, moving one line to a different phone, and purchasing a new phone. It took a while, but that was to be expected. Overall, very happy with the friendly, competent service we received from Nolan at this store!”
“Tyler was extremely helpful. I had problems at another AT&T store when I went in to ask a couple of questions about by 15 plus year cell phone plan. Not only did I talk to him in person but probably talked to him by phone 5-6 times. He was extremely patient and helped to answer my questions and helped me until I understood my plan. After my experience at the other store I was ready to walk away from AT&T and look for another carrier. Tyler helped me to make sense of everything and did not stop until I felt good about my plan. AT&T is extremely lucky to have Tyler as their employee. He definitely went above and beyond!”

“I am so pleased with the service I received today. Long story about how my phone’s protective screen was shattered a bit (DON’T Pump gas, put your phone on the top and drive onto the highway?). I’ve always gone to AT&T for assistance.
Today, Scarlett answered the phone and checked to make sure a new cover was in stock..so nice to speak with. I went in after work and Caitlin cleaned everything, installed new cover and I was in and out in 10 minutes!
I know you can buy stuff online, but, because I got my phone there, the cover was $10 and professionally repaired.
Pretty great!
Oh, and if you’re thinking about Otter Box for a phone-so worth it. At least 10 cars probably drove over my phone before I found it!

I had a very tedious on going interaction with att trying to upgrade a phone these last two days and not only did Malcolm jump right up as soon as he saw us walk in he also remembered us in what felt like warm regards from the day before and was able to swiftly help us finalize the upgrading process. He also had a vast amount of knowledge about how the interworkings of the company operates and was able to offer me a multitude of options to meet my needs. 10/10 probably one of the overall best experiences I have had in an att store.”

“Amazing service at this location today by Nyair Cleveland. We haven’t been happy with our Verizon service for the last year so decided to try something different with Cricket. We didn’t even have our phone #’s ported yet and Nyair was able to advise us through it and get set up with 3 new lines (including an Apple Watch) in less than an hour. He was extremely thorough making sure everything was working exactly right before we left. He was friendly, answered all our questions and made what is by nature a tedious task more enjoyable. “I tried ordering a phone online. After too many failed attempts with stock, availability, and page refreshing on its own. I called Kirkland location and made an appointment with Stevie. Went in 45 minutes later. He helped me right away, had me set up with a phone in minutes. He then proceeded to sync all my phone information to the new phone, put on a screen protector, and found me a sale $10 phone case all in one short visit. He was refreshing to chat with and very personable. Absolutely recommend going to see Stevie if you go in store. The other folks were very friendly as well. Would recommend if your impatient person, make an appointment, since that location is so central, don't be upset that you didn't preplan. Also, if you do plan to purchase, call in advance to make sure they have the product as I did before I made the trek.”
“I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”
