He was great! I dont think improvement is neccessary, except maybe to offer a bottle of water while waiting through the process of set-up? Even though the store had air conditioning, it was really hot outside before we arrived.”

“I had the most wonderful experience at Cricket on Market st yesterday. Can you even say 'wonderful experience' when heading into a phone store? I never could until yesterday. The customer service i received from Tia was the best customer service experience I have ever had ANYWHERE in all my 41 years! Tia was genuinely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Tia was multitasking and making herself respectfully available to every customer in her store while simultaneously not ignoring or taking away attention from her tasks. “I was heading into town and was going to be arriving right at 7 when they closed and only had to drop off my trade in phone. I called and Sam answered and told me he would let me in when I arrived and no worries if it was a few after 7. Well I apparently called the wrong store because I went to the one by Fred Meyers and got it turn in. About 15 after 7 poor Sam called to see if I’d still be stopping by to do the trade in. I apologized profusely and Sam was completely understanding. although I didn’t do my actual business here, Sam was great by staying late and I’d definitely recommend! Awesome customer service!”
