“It started with a phone call and I spoke to Jovanna. On the phone she was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. When we went in person she was super of all the above attributes including kind and patient. We went to see if we can get a phone for my brother who is disabled (deaf)that was economical and no contract plan that was affordable since he is on a limited income. Ms. Jovanna helped us tremendously! She was able to use my brother’s preexisting phone and we were able to set him up right then and there with Cricket no contract economical service plan. THANK YOU MUCH JOVANNA for being exceptional at what you do!”

“The place doesn't say much from its exterior, but the connection service to prepaid call and data service lines is excellent. They offer you multiple options for packages, companies and prices. The service includes the connection that is made in minutes. I always leave satisfied.”

He replaced my screen and added a screen protector in under 45 mins and I am happy with the quality of materials used and service provided. Went back for a case which Matthew also helped with and put the screen protector and case on for me.Went once more yesterday to have protection plan removed. Matthew help with that also. All three experiences were five star.”

These guys were honest, professional, and helped me find a great new phone. I was all set up and out the door in no time. “Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!!?Manny was our hero!! He helped me get a new number and phone. However, many insane and confusing problems came along the way. I had to come in the store like 3 times and they are always ready to help!! The highlight of all this was how quickly Manny and the other employees were at troubleshooting and how knowledge they were to figure out solutions to my rat nest of a problem. They were all also so very kind and patient! So so sooooo thankful I had them to help me out because it made everything less frustrating.
Bottomline: they are always ready to help & excellent at troubleshooting

“My dad bought me a 65 inch flat screen TV here for only 299.99$ cuz he was able to price match online all he had to do was find that same TV that best buy had and show the worker that Amazon had the same TV for cheaper ($299) and we were able to buy the 65 inch for that price we were shocked that's a huge TV for that price it was amazing , I think the guy that helped us name was nick I can't remember but man he came up to us as we were looking for a TV and kindly asked us "finding everything ok" and when he noticed we were trying to find the best priced TV he stayed with us the entire time we were looking at all the tvs going back and forth a million times he did too , after he price matched and found the right TV he went to the back got it for us put it on a long rolling cart asked us to pull our vehicle up to the front of the best buy doors then wheeled the TV outside for us and even helped my dad lay the seats back and put the TV in the car for us he was a great guy and worker awesome customer service skills furshur... wish I remembered his name but he's kinda short and skinny . Cool dude”
