“I recently had my iPhone 15 Pro Max screen and battery replaced here after cracking the screen. My battery was at 82% health with almost 900 cycles, so it was time for a refresh too.
I called ahead and spoke with Riz, who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable over the phone. He gave me a clear quote (OLED screen $240 and aftermarket battery $55, plus tax, call for an updated quote on your device).
Riz explained the options thoroughly, which convinced me to drive across town to their store instead of going somewhere closer to home.
In store, the customer service was top notch. Friendly, efficient, and they started working on my phone right away. I opted for the OLED screen (not a cheaper aftermarket option), and it looks and feels brand new. Colors are vibrant, touch is responsive, smooth 120Hz refresh rate, and everything works perfectly, including Face ID.
The repair was done quickly, and the total came to $285 + tax. They also provide a 6 month warranty with no physical or water damage exclusions noted.
It's only been a short time since the repair, so I can't comment on long term performance yet, but initial quality is outstanding. If anything comes up, I'm confident they'll honor the warranty and I'll update my review if needed.
Thanks to Riz and the team for the great experience! This has extended the life of my iPhone 15 Pro Max for another couple of years easily. Definitely my go to spot for phone repairs in Vancouver now.”

“10/10 service! I had five electronic repair places one even including Best Buy geek squad deny me removing a stripped screw from a new 3DS XL but I took it in here and Eddie had it done within the half hour time frame he said and only charged fifteen for the procedure. Will come here for future repairs”

“While visiting from the USA, we stopped by Gadget World to sort out a SIM card. Honestly, it was such a relief, they set it up right there for us and explained everything in a simple way. I do not know his name, the guy was working but he was super polite and so so patient. My wife also picked up a screen protector and case, and they even helped put it on. Made the whole thing easy, which isn’t always the case when you’re traveling.”

“Excellent Fido and Rogers store. Very good customer service. Marida reduced my total mobile bill on 5 lines to less than half, while adding more data and speed. The work was done very quickly which in my experience with other locations takes forever. Very quiet and not too much wait time. Highly recommend this location for businesses and working professionals who don’t have time to wait around and go through upsells and unnecessary stuff.”

“I didn’t expect to receive this level of attention and support from John. I visited this location twice, including returning a product I had purchased by mistake, and even though I had to bug him about it, he was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the process.
John was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and he really helped me figure out exactly what service I needed. I was struggling because my building in Gastown is very old, and the outdated connectors made it impossible to get reliable cable internet.
John suggested the Rogers 5G Ethernet solution, and now I have it connected directly to my PC. The difference is night and day — I’m getting 434.8 Mbps download speed, gaming runs very smoothly, and I’m paying the same price I was paying before with way worse service.
The Nokia D72 works perfectly on my system and handles multitasking without any issues. Overall, the experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to John and the rest of the team. Huge thanks to them highly recommend.
I truly recommend this Rogers location (601 Robson street) to anyone looking for SIM card or internet services. The team here is amazing—John and Nafas are absolutely rocking it. Thanks again!”

“Freeman is the GOAT. I've been to other Freedom Mobiles and have had some poor experiences with associates being pretty antagonistic to my questions. But Freeman was personable, professional, knowledgeable and super helpful going through the ins and outs of plans, setup, esims, travel.
It's been years since I've bought a new phone and he made the process pretty seamless without trying to oversell anything unnecessary.
