“I recently had my iPhone 15 Pro Max screen and battery replaced here after cracking the screen. My battery was at 82% health with almost 900 cycles, so it was time for a refresh too.
I called ahead and spoke with Riz, who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable over the phone. He gave me a clear quote (OLED screen $240 and aftermarket battery $55, plus tax, call for an updated quote on your device).
Riz explained the options thoroughly, which convinced me to drive across town to their store instead of going somewhere closer to home.
In store, the customer service was top notch. Friendly, efficient, and they started working on my phone right away. I opted for the OLED screen (not a cheaper aftermarket option), and it looks and feels brand new. Colors are vibrant, touch is responsive, smooth 120Hz refresh rate, and everything works perfectly, including Face ID.
The repair was done quickly, and the total came to $285 + tax. They also provide a 6 month warranty with no physical or water damage exclusions noted.
It's only been a short time since the repair, so I can't comment on long term performance yet, but initial quality is outstanding. If anything comes up, I'm confident they'll honor the warranty and I'll update my review if needed.

I had five electronic repair places one even including Best Buy geek squad deny me removing a stripped screw from a new 3DS XL but I took it in here and Eddie had it done within the half hour time frame he said and only charged fifteen for the procedure. “While visiting from the USA, we stopped by Gadget World to sort out a SIM card. Honestly, it was such a relief, they set it up right there for us and explained everything in a simple way. I do not know his name, the guy was working but he was super polite and so so patient. My wife also picked up a screen protector and case, and they even helped put it on. Made the whole thing easy, which isn’t always the case when you’re traveling.”

Every time Jackie Zhou and Benson (unknown last name) provide me the best service. They are welcoming,attentive and have great communication skills. Instead of making quick sales, they were interested in offering genuine help and demonstrate great knowledge about the products to help me find the most suitable phone and plan. After sale,they continue to display patience and a willingness to answer questions and resolve problems.
When I was purchasing a new phone, Jackie went the extra distance to locate and arrange the purchase at the promotion price of earbuds which were not in stock at his location.
I am impressed with the positive attitude of Jackie and Benson. They make customers feel honored and valued.

“Great staff who are knowledgeable and quick, while not being pushy or rushing customers to make a decision.
This is definitely a place where the customer comes first, even compared to other fido stores.
I would recommend anybody looking for a phone/plan or even existing customers who.need help to go and visit this location primarily if at all possible.
