3985 Avila Beach Dr, Avila BeachWe were in Avila Beach for the night and looking for seafood. What an amazing find. It was fun to drive out onto the pier to park next to the restaurant. We ordered the clam chowder to start and it was quite tasty. Ordering it Nolan style with the bacon and croutons really took it up a notch. The combination fried fish platter was enough for for two and felt like an amazing deal. The fish was cooked just right and the price was great. The calamari strips were my favorite part of the dish. Staff was friendly and the space was clean and well lit. Really enjoyed the casual atmosphere and fast service.

The Pet Nat was such a surprise and a great way to start a tasting. Every single wine was better than the last. Brought a bottle of Estate Syrah home and will be sharing it with friends. The owners have created an atmosphere that is open and inviting. You can expect good music (there's always some vinyl spinning), good conversation, and a great selection of beer, wine, cider, seltzer, and even non-alcoholic options. It's a great spot to catch the game.
While there are some pre-packaged snacks available for purchase there is no kitchen so outside food is welcome. Seating includes bar seating, high tops, and covered outdoor seating.
I highly recommend giving this spot a try!

We had the wine flights and loved how fun and well-curated they were—perfect for trying a variety while enjoying the Avila Beach vibes. My wife ordered the Duck à l’Orange and it was absolutely delicious, and I went with the trio combo (Croque Monsieur, Caesar salad, and French onion soup) which was the perfect mix—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
Shoutout to our waiter Jazz—he was incredibly friendly and his customer service was truly top notch. He made us feel welcome and honestly elevated the whole night. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. We’ll definitely be back again soon!
