They load up and give discounts when they can, especially for 4H and FFA kids. The best prices in the county on feed and pet supplies, but without all that showroom fuss. A real feed store with REAL honest and genuine helpers that are the community that makes up the staff here. You may be chatting with the owner, or an ambitious high school kid. You won't know who's who, because the culture of goodness runs through all who call this place home. This is the core of the culture of not only the magic of Santa Margarita, but all of North County and all of SLO County. In all honesty, I don't know of a more "real" feed store or other store anywhere. Love this place! They definitely deserve the business of every pet or livestock owner within a 1940 mile radius. I say that only because there are some great ag stores in Texas.

22720 El Camino Real, Santa MargaritaWent for lunch on a recent trip to California. Everything was very nice and their wine is excellent. Too bad that it is not located at the vineyard. The best experience that I have had at other places was restaurants and tasting rooms at vineyards, often with great views of the vines.

This has quickly become one of my favorite stops since moving to South Atascadero. Friendly staff, clean space, and a fun + balanced breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu respectively. They also have a bar side with a nice craft beer and wine menu featuring local beers and wines and live music on Saturdays. I can't wait to try other items on this menu. What a gem in Santa Margarita this is
