She provided a tutorial for the bath tub that went up and down for easy access for the dogs and oatmeal shampoo and two towels. We were able to blow dry the dogs in the tub and that was convenient. San Giorgios Pizza
5080 Bonita Rd Ste M, BonitaI’ve had San Giorgio’s Pizza on my bucket list for quite a while, and I finally got the chance to try their wood-fired sourdough pizzas. They’re only open three days a week — Friday through Sunday from 3pm to 8pm — which is one of the reasons it took me so long to check them out.
We ordered takeout since we didn’t realize they had a covered outdoor patio seating area and had originally planned to bring the pizzas home after pickup.
We ordered online and decided on two different pizzas: a Supreme pizza as-is, along with a Pepperoni pizza with added andouille sausage. When we arrived, one pizza was already ready for pickup while the second was just about to go into the oven. Thankfully, these thin-crust pizzas cook quickly in a wood-fired oven and were ready within minutes.
By the time we got home, both pizzas were still hot and fresh. The Supreme — similar to a combination pizza — was very good and, unlike some veggie-heavy pizzas, wasn’t watery at all. The pepperoni and andouille sausage pizza was especially delicious. I don’t recall ever having andouille sausage on a pizza before, but it was a surprisingly great addition.
Their thin crust wasn’t quite as light and airy as some traditional Neapolitan-style pizzas, but you could absolutely taste the sourdough character in the dough, which was what originally drew me to try this place in the first place.
We also appreciated that they use organic vegetables and were impressed by what this small three-person pop-up business is creating. There are still a couple more pizzas on the menu I’d love to try, so we’ll definitely be back again soon.

Holy Paleta
4230 Bonita Rd Ste b, BonitaStopped here after the beach for a refreshing paleta. The limón is always my go to and it did not disappoint. Perfect texture to bite into with a delicious citrus taste. You can pay extra to get toppings on them. There is a small parking lot here which was a bonus. Not busy at all when we went on a Saturday evening. Would definitely stop again.
