Friendly staff, practically zero wait time and the nurse (Anthony) was such a great ambassador of the quality care we received. Our vet was fantastic. Also, they have parking behind the building which is noteworthy on Broadway. Overall, great experience considering a double ear infection diagnosis.

The office atmosphere, patience of staff and wait time are 3 star-level but Dr. McClemons and the location are a 5. First, let me praise Dr. McClemons. We have a 3 year-old dog who has been struggling with an autoimmune disease for two years. We have seen multiple vets but Dr. McClemons noticed details and presented options no other vet had. She is knowledgeable, detailed, informative (without being condescending) and dedicated. She called me back on a Friday evening so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday to hear our pup's test results. The office. The location is excellent, right off the 805. There is a canopy outside with metal chairs for you to wait in. I actually prefer this so that I'm not trying to keep my dog away from a cat sitting 3 feet from us in a waiting room. There was a bit of a wait time, 10-15 minutes to get into a room then 10-15 minutes to see the vet. The staff I encountered my first visit were bright, kind and helpful. The second visit was a busy day for their office and staff were less patient and kind that day. The price is comparable to other vets we've visited. They offer a 10% military discount!

H Street, Chula VistaI received my stabilty service dog Denny last June. Isabelle trained him and he is 100 % perfect. He can dial 911 for me, I couldn’t walk alone for 2 years until I got Denny. Now because he is so perfectly trained I’m getting lots of walking exercise which is very great for my health. I’m going to recommend Isabelle’s dog training service to everyone I know or meet in need of a service dog. I can promise them that they will get the best trained dogs from Isabelle’s company. Her trainers train the most intelligent loving devoted service dogs I’ve ever known. I’m blessed to have received my perfect devoted Beloved dog from Isabelle.

Staff is great and they take care of their customers as well. I dined outside which was nice but the only gripe I must add is that there is a gate that the staff was using out there that kept slamming each time they went in and out. Other than that noise levels were kept at a dull roar and it was calming and peaceful there to enjoy your meal.

If you’re looking for a deal, the mini burrito for $7 was perfect portion.
Only minus star is the place was really warm sitting inside. No fans or air flow. Felt stuffy while we ate. Good thing we scarfed down our food fast!
