She did not but took the time to go and ask the vet on duty that day about it and learned it is safe. I was very happy because it is exactly the size bowl I've been looking for but have been unable to find! Thank you to that very kind employee who took the time to do that!

The next day we had a very unexpected emergency with our cat and they handled it like champs. Explained they were booked but could do lab work still and have a technician look at it.
Greatly appreciated the transparency and the care for my cat.

5336 Jackson Dr, La MesaI went to see Dr. Wang on the recommendation of a friend. I have a German Shepperd and very particular about where i take him. It was to say the least the best experience. Most Vets come in like their hair is on fire and leave as soon as possible. Not Dr. Wang she took her time to get to know me and my dog and proceeded to the exam only when she felt he was comfortable. It is the welcome unusual almost like the old times when people and animals mattered more the just turn them and burn them and bank the money. I rarely write a review but from the receptionist to the thecs to the Dr. they were nothing short of excellent. From an over protective dog dad i highly recommend their practice.

7134 University Ave, La MesaI am extremely discerning when it comes to doctors and veterinarians. Dr. Munoz is hands down the best veterinarian I have ever encountered. He is kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and reasonable. In a commercialized world where so many are out for profit, Dr. Munoz is a jewel, a rare find. I honestly want to keep his business a secret so I was hesitant to post this review but I guess that would be selfish of me. Thanks to Dr. Munoz, my pets are healthy and thriving and University Pet Hospital is there for me whenever life happens. The entire staff there is extremely professional and polite and even when you are dealing with a pet health emergency, they manage to make you feel better. Thank you for your service to San Diego, University Pet Hospital!

8150 Commercial St, La MesaIt took awhile to get ahold of them, but they were very responsive once I was able to get in touch. I tried to take my dog for day care and they requested I come back an hour later to pick her up. They said she was very stressed and jumping/biting at another dog's face. I totally understand that behavior can't be accommodated. It was surprising, though, because I board her whenever I go out of town (4-6 times per year) with 6-8 dogs and I've received nothing but positive feedback and videos of her playing well with the dogs. I also took her to full day training/day care last year that was three days per week (9-530) for about 3 months and also no issues. Ultimately, the environment was just not a good fit with her personality. My dog is high energy, so if your dog leans high energy or high anxiety, this is probably not for you.

We switched to her after learning our first trainer was a balanced trainer and what we ACTUALLY needed was a positive dog trainer. She got us started on the right foot. We continued in a semi private setting with another puppy for a bit. When issue have popped up we’ve hired her for 1:1 training and continue to use her as needed. You will not be disappointed!!

Newly vegan, missing California burritos, and El Veganito exceeded my wildest imagination of what a vegan San Diego style Mexican Food shop could be. I ordered the California burrito and added guac & it was fabulous. First off, the burrito was HUGE! Fries were perfectly crispy outside and soft inside. The adobada was so meat like. If the cheese had coconut oil, I couldn't tell because it didn't have that weird vegan cheese after taste created by coconut oil. The Chipotle crema was just spicy enough and so creamy. Guac addition was fresh and generously portioned. I can't wait to go back and try other items, I'm sure I'll be just as blown away. I ate here with my non-vegan partner & even they enjoyed it and said the adobada was really tasty. My only gripe is the price - but if you go on discount days it's very similar to pricing at non-vegan taco shops. Either way, worth it for an occasional splurge.

The lady was kind enough to sell me some pastries and was very nice and helpful. My dad really enjoyed the cheese danish that I bought for him there.

The pasta the garlic bread the chocolate cake the salad everything perfect and delivered timely. Highly highly recommend. (Flag tray in place for world cup games this week.)

The energy there was just made you feel comfortable like you’re getting a mill straight out in the kitchen. When they handed you the Food, they reassured you know if they got their order correct you know they wanted to make sure I got everything. They didn’t let me leave until everything. Make sure they got it correct I like that. Usually I have to check, but they just made it sure that they double checked for me and make sure I had every condiment. I had even offered me extra time. Everything was good. Know they hurt very they made you feel very welcome making you not want to leave. Made me wanna stay there and eat, but I had ordered to take it home. So if I could next time I’m gonna try to stay there and eat.

The team member was great was helping me choose between the pumpkin or chai scone and she helped me choose based on her preference. It was a great choice and delicious! Area the cafe was busy with families, students studying, friends catching up and a good amount of seating to accommodate everyone. Will definitely be back.
