Vet and Grooming are on-site at this location - I haven't used either service. Customer Service is generally fine. The exception in the Customer Service arena is one employee who works the register and is working often. She is very surly and indifferent, and does not quickly end personal conversations with other employees to assist customers.

I don't live in town and drive 45mins but there's not another groomer I'd prefer over Olga. The products they use smell so good and keep Vanity from shedding for awhile!

I love it how Devon is on schedule. During drop off she will let you know what time they would be ready by. Lately my husband been busy working and keep on missing the appointments. The whole thing took about 10 minutes, and the ladies there were so good with Kiki. They were gentle and professional. The price was very reasonable too—just $10. I highly recommend this place to any pet parent who doesn’t like trimming their dog’s nails. Great experience!

Dr. Tracey Carrier and team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and, most importantly, gave me a sense of hope when I had none. I am beyond grateful for the compassion and expertise we received. When I arrived on Friday evening, I was taken into an exam room right away, and the tech, Sarah, very sweetly greeted my ailing kitty. After taking a history and then sharing it, I met Dr. Maret. I was immediately put at ease by her calm and friendly manner. The physical exam was completed, and all of the staff made sure my kitty was treated with care. High praise for this practice. 12775 Poway Rd, PowayI am incredibly thankful for the wonder care provided by Dr. Drew and Dr. Schlegel for our dog, Kona. At one point, I really thought we had to put our poor girl down when things became more complicated for her but they literally saved her life.
The staff is truly professional and kind. All the vets there are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about the work they do. The staff, including the front desk clerk and vet techs, were so kind and empathetic to us while Kona was there for over a week. I cannot thank them enough. Thank you for saving my dog! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Golan Dogs
13031 Edina Way, PowayWe hired Golan to help us with our 3 year old rescue pit-mix dog. He was either timid or aggressive with other dogs and strangers, and had other behavior issues that we didn't know how to address. By the end of 8 sessions with Golan, we and our dog had made tremendous progress. Our dog is now friendly with people he doesn't know, and is open to meeting most other dogs. He is also walking better on a leash, and Golan has given us many tools and techniques that we can use going forward to continue to better socialize our pup. We are very pleased with how the training went, and would heartily recommend Golan for anyone who needs help with their dog.

The employees were so nice, including the new employee who held the fort down for a while by herself > cool under pressure and she apologized for a short wait. She didn’t have to but it showed she cared about her customers. I’ll definitely be back.

12205 Scripps Poway Pkwy #106, PowayI was craving sushi for lunch and came across this place on DoorDash. They had a seasonal 2 for $18.99 special, and it sounded too good to pass up. I ordered for pickup, and the employee Josh was super friendly and helpful when I came in, which made for a great first impression.
The sushi was delicious! The portions were generous and definitely filling. I really liked that the eel sauce wasn't overpowering which complemented the rolls perfectly instead of masking the other flavors. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavor combinations were spot on.
This place is definitely a hidden gem. It's a smaller restaurant, but there's plenty of parking, and the service was excellent. If you're looking for quality sushi at a great price, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try. Great spot for lunch, dinner, or grabbing a meal with friends and family. I'll definitely be back!

My family eats here often. The servers are always super nice, the food is always good and the chicken-fried steak is always amazing! I give it only 3 stars for atmosphere because I am not a fan of mixing a bar with a restaurant. The bar patrons have never been a problem but the sound of a pool table kind of brings the place down a little for me. However, many enjoy it and even kids play while their parents and friends are talking. As far as the bar is concerned, it's a good one. Kind of a Cheer's vibe with a lot of locals enjoying time there. They have lots of live music with local talent.
