1258 Imperial Beach Boulevard, Imperial BeachI have been to quite a few dog grooming places in the recent years due to pregnancies and it being near impossible to bath my dogs the bigger I got.
I stumbled upon Urban Pet roughly a year ago and every time I pick up both of my dogs they are always clean and dry. Absolutely love their service and although I have seen reviews stating they are expensive I would have to disagree.
My dogs aren't over 45lbs and I've had groomers charge me as if their 65lb dogs and it was well over $180.
Never once has that happened here.

Before I brought him in, he looked like a little street urchin 😂. He was reluctant to even walk inside and was shaking when I dropped him off, so I was a little worried about how he'd do. When I came back to pick him up, he was completely fine—the groomer was holding him, he was calm, wasn't barking, and seemed totally comfortable with her. His haircut came out great and he looks like a completely different dog. Really happy with how they treated Koko and I'll definitely bring him back.

1155 13th Street, Imperial BeachFirst… Happy 1st Birthday Mangini’s! One of my favorite things on this earth is sourdough pizza and today I found one of the hidden gems in the sourdough pizza game! Ordered a Mangini Hawaiian pizza. First things first, this IS the real deal, no Canadian Bacon on this pie. Real American bacon, pepperoni, jalepenos, and delicious almost fresh pineapples make this one of the best pizzas I have had. I’m not comparing to a world champion pizza like Sourdough Willie’s, but yet I am… this pie is on par with the greats and I don’t say that lightly. I didn’t ask, but I’m sure it was the owner who made my pie and also explained the whole “leavened” dough process while he was doing it, a true pizzaiolo! Attentive, knowledgeable and kind is how i’d describe the staff. The restaurant had plenty of seating and was clean and uncluttered. Do yourself a flavor…make this your next pizza night!

875 Seacoast Drive, Imperial BeachMy Son took me there to enjoy a nice, juicy hamburger, fries and appetizers and he told me it was a pretty good burger place; well he was WRONG!!! The hamburgers were delicious so, were the fries and appetizers and the drinks; but what TRULY made it extra special was the very welcoming, friendly atmosphere!!! Eileen our serve was very polite, professional, kind, with great customer service skills and very attentive to every single one of her customers. We truly enjoyed eating at Scotty B’s and I highly recommend this place for everyone including families. There are some hamburgers extra spicy, but I can assure you that your taste buds will definitely enjoy their delicious and well prepared food. Eileen is definitely a keeper, but aim sure the rest of the staff will also go above and beyond to make your visit as pleasant as possible.

Big Kahuna's
600 Palm Avenue, Imperial BeachI finally tried Big Kahuna’s in Imperial Beach and wow… THIS is a real burger. ? The burger was insanely juicy, flavorful, and perfectly made from top to bottom. Honestly, it beats any fast food burger by a mile. My mouth is watering again just thinking about it — I already want to go back right now!
The fries were super crunchy and delicious too, the perfect combo with the burger. And on top of that, the staff were so warm, welcoming, and friendly. You can tell they actually care about the food and the experience.
If you want a real burger that actually satisfies, Big Kahuna’s is the spot.?

I got into San Diego late at night after a long day of travel and was just looking for something to eat in the area and I’m so glad I stumbled into Pizzeria Luigi. The slices are generous, the flavors absolutely divine, and the service was quick and friendly. I’m a little bummed I’m not a local, but I will be back!

The pizza was better than most I get around here! Perfect crust, and loved the type of sausage ! Its been almost 3 weeks and I think about this pizza almost every other day! Cant wait to visit again !
