I also appreciate that they are always giving out treats and samples for our kitty. They carry local cat grass, the fancy dry food our Siamese requires, and the wet food that has become the only way he will take the medicine we need to give him. In addition, there are great sales and discounts on a regular basis. Thank you, Pet Food Express!!

I feed my dog raw food Tucker's brand and it can be very expensive so that one bag extra helps so much in keeping my dog healthy and happy. When we pick them up, they are healthy, no injuries, and correct weight. The folks there are good about giving scheduled medication. The prices are reasonable, especially when vouchers for overnight stays are purchased a couple dozen at a time.

523 E Campbell Ave, CampbellI recently took my 2-year-old golden retriever to the groomers for the first time and was a bit nervous since he can be a bit angsty and anxious, but Sam did an amazing job putting me at ease. She assured me that my pup was in great hands and communicated throughout the entire process, even sending me pictures and updates. When he was done, he looked so handsome! The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service we received. I highly recommend this place, especially Sam. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I work from 9:00 to 5:00 and my pets needs don't confine to the 9:00 to 5:00 time frame either. But you do what you got to do when it comes to a specialist. The doctor I met with at intake suddenly left that location and I met with someone else, so that's a bit confusing, but overall, I appreciate the staff and the services they provide.

VCA Winchester Animal Hospital

My 16.5 year old miniature poodle had an emergency over the weekend and the front desk staff could tell that the situation was serious. They stayed in contact with me and made sure that a vet was able to see my dog. Once I arrived, I was greeted with a very warm and kind group of people and then ushered off to an intake room to work with an amazing vet assistant, Vivian. She was so knowledgeable! Dr. Salzman then took over the case and showed great care and concern. Four days later, my dog is all better and I am so grateful for such an amazing team. Thank you so much for easing my worries and for taking great care of my little guy.

Central Animal Hospital
971 E Hamilton Ave, CampbellMy dog is a patient of Dr Hedden and when my dog was not herself, we called central animal hospital and were able to get her in for an appointment the next day (they actually had a cancellation and could have seen her that day, but we were not available at the time to bring her in) Although I had suspicions she (my dog) had something caught in her throat, over the phone the symptoms I described made the doctor think it could possibly be kennel cough, but after bringing her in and upon further assessment, Dr Hedden was concerned it was something more and wanted to have lab work, and XRay for further evaluation and diagnosis. Because she had not eaten or drank over the past day+, she was showing signs of dehydration and needed IV fluids as well. She was “hospitalized” for the morning and afternoon with the previously mentioned tests and IV fluids and results came back with pancreatitis. She’s now home with us, still not fully recovered (this all took place on Monday/Tuesday, and it is now Thursday), but at least she is excited for walks again, eating/drinking, and pooping! Her energy levels are still low, but she is still going through her course of GI meds and anti-nausea meds. I’m so grateful for the staff and doctors who took care of my dog with prompt treatment and with the wonderful care they provided!

My family had an out of town trip planned earlier in March, so my wife and I called to schedule an initial visit. Marissa said we could come by, and when we did we knew instantly this was going to be a good place for our CC cat to stay for the weekend. The place was clean, organized, Marissa was extremely helpful answering our questions, and the daily price was really affordable. We emailed the required forms in advance, and dropping off CC on a Friday morning and picking him up on Monday afternoon was easy. We now have our go-to place for the next time we need to leave CC for a few days. Thank you Marissa (manager) and Tammi (owner)!

My labrador, Sammie, has taken Manners 2, 3 and 4 here. Each day I learned new things about dog behavior and discovered new ways to build my confidence, while developing a stronger relationship with my pup. Recently, we faced our biggest challenge in Manners 4, which involved taking our dogs through a very busy park past other walking and running dogs, a noisy dog park, ducks, geese, bikes and runners whizzing by, a narrow walkway, a bridge over a river and noisy freeway. Nathalie told what we might encounter, and provided skills for walking our dogs on narrow paths, and timing for reinforcement. Every session became easier, and by the final session, Sammie and I were both relaxed during our walk and we earned the Urban Canine Good Citizen certificate. Sammie is learning appropriate play and manners in day camp on "Retriever Tuesdays." Sammie loves going, and is ready to sleep when she gets to the car. Her stays and recalls have improved, too! Plus, I love the videos and photos that I receive. Many of the dogs in day camp have been with Nathalie since they were puppies. It's a pleasure to have a dog trainer who has years of experience, and who clearly enjoys the dogs.

Our 4 cats looks forward to her visits and she always sends updates and beautiful photos of them while we're away. She is such a kind and gentle soul with a deep love and respect for all animals. Knowing she is there to visit and take care of our kitties twice per day while we're away is priceless. We couldn't recommend her more and feel so blessed to have her.

Complementary bread sticks were excellent. Great service from the waitstaff.
