Justin explained all the steps in his grooming process and listened to my biggest concerns. He was even able to show me that he thinks pocket has an ear infection. I will definitely be coming back next month!

Everyone was so gentle while doing tests and handling my girl, and when we needed to put her down, they made it as easy as possible for both of us.

7925 Pedrick Rd, DixonWhen I say this, I mean every word. The people who work here make it the best vet clinic in the world. When two dogs in got into a fight and one got injured, not only were they able to see her in less than 15 minutes, they did it right before they closed.
The team was so affectionate, kind, and caring and really took care of everything so efficiently and lovingly. As long as I am in this area, I will only go here.

I have one super easy going dog and one that is very much the opposite, she takes a long time to be comfortable with strangers and can be aggressive. I chose Happy Paws originally because the dogs can go in and out without having to be put on a leash. I am so happy I made that decision. Now my difficult one lets them put a leash on and plays in the yard! Such an improvement!
At Happy Paws they are caring and attentive. What more could you ask for in a dog boarder?

They really care about whether or not your dog is enjoying their stay, and they give their all to accomplish that goal. This last stay they even bought a mat to cushion the floor for my dog since her paws have a tendency to get really sore because she likes to pace. Truly above and beyond.

We were a party of 5 and our waitress was friendly and checked on us multiple times. All 5 of us agreed we would return again.

This is a destination for us, 1 5 hours from our house, but we are determined to make it a regular drive now, my husband and I both said it is worth it!! Everything was cooked to perfection. This is my dream menu, and most places do not offer these things. God bless this restaurant! It's my new favorite!

105 N 1st St, DixonThe food and service were well. Had the wagyu beef sliders, which tasted great and their fries, were very well seasoned. Be prepared for 3 small sliders, though. So your portions aren't very big. Being one of the older buildings in town, it is very apparent of its wear and tear. They've done a better job to clean it up and lean into that rustic style but seeing large areas where layers of paint are peeling off is hard to hide.
