Pet Grooming

Arrowpoint Kennels
23965 Co Rd 99D, WoodlandThis place is very clean, the staff are very nice and attentive. I take my dogs here to get groomed and Toni does a fantastic job. I have had my dog there for the day and boarded a dog we rescued for my sister-in-law while we were waiting for his transport to Washington because my dog was being a brat and didn’t like him. I’ve had great experiences here and will keep coming back.

Grooming By Elaine
475 Matmor Rd, WoodlandI am updating this post. Called to inform the manager of my dissatisfaction regarding the Grooming services provided. Shelby the manager was super helpful and appreciative of receiving my feedback. She provided great service and rectified the situation.
Is Elaine’s under new ownership? I have had great experience in the past, today’s experience was unusual. Got a call that she was done at noon. They are normally open until three so I wasn’t in a big hurry to get over there. Got another call just before two saying they close at two and I needed to get her ASAP. When I picked her up at 2:07 the groomer was no longer there and my dog did not appear to be fully groomed. I had asked for my dog‘s tail to be cut short as well as her face, but both were left long. It does not look like her paws were trimmed. There was a mat under her tail. She did not appear to have been washed, nails untrimmed, ears not cleaned. I won’t be a return customer. Overpriced for what was done.

Fur-Friend-Z
326 N Cleveland St, WoodlandStephanie is amazing! I’ve taken my 3 dogs here for years and referred her to family and friends. Yes you have to make an appointment for your fur babies, but it’s worth it. If you just want to give your fur baby a wash yourself, call a head and she’ll rent out a grooming stall with everything you’ll need.

Bubbles & Bows mobile grooming
25 1st St, WoodlandThese ladies did such a great job with my pup! I was nervous because his last groomer seemed annoyed with how anxious he would be so I stopped taking him to get groomed professionally altogether and started doing it myself. The ladies waited until he was relaxed enough to start bathing him which I was grateful to see the care my dog would be in. They were so kind and patient. I thought he was decently brushed by me but they educated me on how to comb his hair so we can keep his length for next time as well as make it an easier cut altogether, and luckily they were able to get rid of the mats in his hair. They left him looking so handsome and smelling so good!! Im really excited to have them over again.

Pet Care

Animal Care Clinic of Woodland
214 5th St, WoodlandDrs. Clifton and Tucker are kind, informative, and thorough, as are the staff. All are responsive to calls and requests. The clinic is cozy and tidy, and doesn't smell like a kennel or some other veterinary offices. I'm grateful for the compassion and care they've shared with our fur family over the last four years we've visited as needed and for checkups and preventative treatments. So glad a friend recommended them to us!

Valley Oak Veterinary Hospital
733 East St, WoodlandDr. Singh caught my dogs cancer on our first visit when no other vet noticed the tumor even though it had been there for a couple years. He successfully removed it surgically and she's been doing great. I'm so thankful!
The office staff are also very kind and helpful. And their prices are very fair.

Woodland Veterinary Hospital
445 Matmor Rd, WoodlandI had to put my heart dog down on Monday. They came highly recommended and now I know why. We recieved nothing but kindness and compassion. I was able to come in a side door and didn't have to share my grief with anyone other than my family. This was the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life and having caring staff makes a huge difference. I recieved a hand written letter from the vet who helped us cross my beloved Samson over his rainbow bridge. It was beautiful and filled with his paw prints and nose prints. I'll forever be greatful.

Pet Sitting & Training

LION K9
720 Court St SPC 54, WoodlandLion K9 team is great! This is the first time I've used a professional dog trainer, and with our GSD just turning a year old, we really wanted to give him a solid foundation in basic obedience while also challenging him mentally and giving him productive ways to exercise his energy.
From the beginning, Rob took the time to understand what we wanted to accomplish with our dog and how he fits into our everyday life. I really appreciate that the training isn’t just about teaching the dog—it’s about teaching the human, too. He takes the time to explain the “why” behind what we’re doing and connects the training to real-life situations, which has helped me understand my dog and communicate with him so much better.
Since starting, his listening and overall manners have improved drastically, and it’s been really rewarding to see the difference. I also love the atmosphere of the training sessions and genuinely look forward to them each week.
Practice outside of training makes a big difference and you have to be willing to put in the work! But having the guidance and support of a trainer who genuinely wants both the dog and the human to succeed has made the process so much more enjoyable and effective. I’m really happy with the progress we’ve made and would absolutely recommend Rod and the Lion K9 team to anyone looking to build a better relationship, communication, and foundation with their dog.

Dutch Bros Coffee
7 Main St, WoodlandI personally dont go to dutch but my daughter loves it. This review is about their service they provided her. Last week, at 730 in morning my 20 year old daughter locked her keys in car while filling up gas at gas station located next to dutch bros. While she frantically went about contacting roadside service and her parents, standing outside, one of dutch bros employees approached and asked if she was ok, needed help with anything and brought her a free cup of coffee. Top notch employees over there.

Morgan's On Main
614 Main St, WoodlandNice bar, comfortable table seating with excellent service. The chicken sandwich was delicious and I had the steak and salad which was cooked exactly as I want it. The chimichurri sauce is one of the best I’ve ever had. My only complaint is the salad that came with my steak had very little parmesan (no avocado or anything else) so it was rather plain. Maybe a creamy balsamic would’ve worked better with the chimichurri steak sauce.
