I want to give a big shoutout to the grooming service folks though. In particular, Teyerra usually takes care of my dog and she does a very good job and adores my big goofy dog. Highly recommend this store especially their glooming service!!!

Summit Veterinary Hospital
23291 Summit Rd, Los GatosSo far, so good. We dropped off our pup there for her first overnight stay since they are close to our house.
The staff was friendly, and everything went smooth. Not to mention, their daycare and over night stays are reasonably priced.
The only feedback I'd give is that they should charge/allow after hours pick-up because it's hard to be back by 3:30 otherwise you're forced to pick up the next day.
That said, I would gladly pay an extra fee for a later pickup around 7pm or so because getting home from anywhere in the bay area and beyond takes times, but could also become an additional revenue stream for the facility since people are there anyway.

I am so grateful they offer me a senior discount as my lab Avery was diagnosed with Cushings disease and it’s a very expensive disease with the medicine and constant blood tests to make sure cortisol levels don’t go to high or low. Dr Bibb and Katherine are great. The ladies at the desk Alma and Eileen are also very helpful, I would highly recommend

The team was thorough, transparent with pricing, and incredibly supportive throughout a stressful situation.
Huge shoutout to Ashley at the front desk for her kindness, staying after hours to get me scheduled, and keeping me updated every step of the way. Truly exceptional care and service, I can’t recommend them enough. They turned a near-disaster into a smooth handled experience, and I’m incredibly grateful.

VCA Animal Hospital of Los Gatos

They make me and my dog very comfortable every time we visit. My dog is seen by Dr Peterson and I trust her a lot. My dog has a rare disease and Dr Peterson was quick to find out. She answers all my questions patiently. :) She always gives honest opinions. It gets busy here so I make sure that I am booking appointments in advance. I am really happy with the care my dog got recently for dental surgery and cleaning. I love that they put the name of all the dogs on a board who are visiting that day.

Edit: You cannot go wrong here. This place is so renowned, I've seen The Woz eating breakfast here! My go-to is the chicken fajita omelette, or sometimes the sloppy joe omelette. Twice, only twice, I've splurged on the amazing weekend cinnamon roll. But my insulin response can't handle that deliciousness any more. Expect a wait on the weekends, but the queue moves fast. Employees are very friendly. When I go by myself I can always quickly get a seat at the counter.

While email correspondence was sometimes slow, everything was in order when we got there on the day and the team at Hapa's were all really kind, accommodating, and fun! I was able to rent out the inside portion of the brewery, decorate, and choose my own music. The brews are always great, and the food was good. Everything went smoothly on the day of, and I still get compliments from friends and family on how it was a great place for our party. Highly recommend renting it out if you're looking for a place to celebrate an event!

Might want to call instead of doing online order if pre-order to ensure if you have a small change from the sandwich that is on the menu.
