You could tell how well she had been taken care of at The Pet Department by how friendly and hand tamed she was. She instantly integrated into our family. We have 4 parrots from various places and circumstances but she’s my absolute favorite (don’t tell the others). Would recommend getting a bird from here as everyone on the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.

I take my dogs and cats here for all of their annual check ups and everyone is so nice and welcoming! I also am never waiting for long extended periods of time with is always a win! Dr. Harp is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable asking any and all questions. Most recently, my pup had an ear infection in both ears and Dr. Harp and the vet techs took such good care of him! Highly, highly recommend this vet to anyone and everyone!

Both times my pups have come back happy and tired. That’s a good thing! She thoroughly vets you and your dogs before taking you on as a customer. I truly appreciate that knowing my dogs are safe with her as well as who she chooses to accept. She knows the dogs temperaments and knows who will play well together and if she needs to turn you down well than I trust that completely. Janice also sends me pics during the day to put me at ease that all is going well. 100% recommend.

2975 Limestone Way, Paso RoblesLevo Wine in Tin City is an absolute gem. We stopped in shortly before closing with our son, and the hospitality couldn’t have been better. They were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like family, even though it was only our second tasting room visit ever.
Bret, the winemaker, is a great guy. We instantly connected over his ties to Eagle, Idaho (where my parents live), which made the experience even more special. Huge shoutout to Lexi as well. She was an awesome host on both visits and was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Bret’s wines were outstanding across the board. We especially loved the 2024 El Paso de Robles White, the 2021 Fasten Your Seatbelt Syrah (absolutely incredible), and the 2022 Willow Creek District red blend. Thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully made.
The space is clean, modern, and vibrant, and their creative marketing really stands out across social, their website, merch, and overall brand presence. We enjoyed it so much that we joined the wine club on the spot and are excited to have Levo in our regular rotation as we move from SLO to Atascadero.
Highly recommend! Fantastic wine, great people, and a 10/10 experience.

Erica was an absolute delight and made us feel genuinely taken care of. The tasting experience was elevated by thoughtful food pairings, which made it feel extra special.
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The wine was fantastic, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. It was exactly what we were hoping for to celebrate my birthday weekend. We loved it so much that we ended up joining the wine club. Highly recommend for both the quality of the wine and the warmth of the hospitality.

Still Waters Vineyards and Tasting Room
2750 Old Grove Ln, Paso RoblesStill Waters is one of those places that makes you slow down the moment you arrive. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and we felt genuinely welcome right away. Friendly, relaxed, and refreshingly not pretentious.
We loved every wine we tasted. The quality is high, the pricing is reasonable, and nothing felt rushed. There are several seating options, indoors, outside in the garden, and tucked-away spots that let you settle in and stay awhile. Between the koi fish in the pond, small fountains where birds stop for a drink, and the gorgeous views, it feels calm in the best possible way. The olive trees throughout the property add to the sense of place, and the olive oil is absolutely delicious.
The highlight of the experience was Nikki. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She has an easy sense of humor, goes with the flow, and somehow manages to cater to each guest without missing a beat. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and it shows.
We had such a good time that we brought friends back the very next day. Still Waters delivers on wine, atmosphere, and hospitality. And Nikki, thank you for making an already lovely experience even better.

Hunt Cellars Winery
2875 Oakdale Rd, Paso RoblesI really like Hunt Cellar wines! But I don't recommend buying anything off their "sale" rack. They didn't have the Que Sirah Syrah that I tasted during my visit on 10/11/25 (I think it was a 2014) so I bought a 2009 that was on sale. That was a big mistake. When I opened it last night (about 9 days after buying it at their tasting room), the cork disintegrated and wouldn't come out of the bottle. Had to push what was left of it in (see the pic of what's left of the cork). I knew it'd gone bad but had to taste it to make sure. Wish I hadn't. Had to pour it down the drain :( Still giving them 4 stars, because I do like their wine. They lost 1 star because the server yelled at 2 of my guests who were talking when she started to do her wine presentation. There are nicer ways of getting people's attention. But I still like their wine! So go visit them.

If you haven't gone here you need to go it is the bomb. My buddy had the chicken alfredo he said the Alfredo sauce was great the garlic bread was great. The only thing was the chicken was a little overcooked. And that can happen from time to time.

Mike our bartender went above and beyond anything we could of hoped for. Between him and our other bartender it felt like 10 people were on staff arranging our food cleaning up and ensuring we were enjoying ourselves! Food was amazing we chose the charcuterie appetizers and BBQ platter meals and we had so many compliments on the arrangements! Hats off to the kitchen staff! Do not sleep on this location for a relaxed down to earth atmosphere where you always feel welcome!
