Tender moist meat, not greasy. I ordered meat only, with cilantro and onion. The carnitas also can come with skin and fat, which I skipped. I've been back a couple of times since, for dinner (to go orders) and the food is consistently delicious. Last night for dinner I added a Tacos De Borrega (lamb) which was also moist, flavorful and cooked to perfection.

Not a thing has changed from the inside seating to the great service and that's a good thing. The fries come in a brown bag, how great is that?! It's been my favorite thing since I was a kid and it still keeps me coming back. I enjoy all their sandwiches but cold sandwiches are my fave because the lettuce to cheese ratio is always perfect. The peppers and ranch are also a must try.
