The staff working at the store are so kind and helpful- every time I call or go into the Solana Beach Kahoots they are so curteous kind and knowledgeable. I love coming here it's always a pleasure.... and of course my dog likes them too:)

227 S Cedros Ave, Solana BeachWe stopped in while they were having an adoption event and it was such a great time. Got to pet some puppies and learn about the rescue group, SPOT. A lot of unique brands I’ve never seen before (Buddybelt and Kenyan collars) and the customer service was the best. The ladies were so friendly and you can tell they really love dogs and working there. My dog loves the treats we got and the coconut ball is a hit. Will be back next spring break to visit

112 Plaza Street, Solana BeachI took my German Shepherd into Dirty Dogs because she was biting and scratching herself because of allergies. Megan is one of the groomers there that does an exceptional job on my dog and Shadow just adores her! When Shadow came back home she looked beautiful! She was no longer scratching or biting at herself because Megan had used a special medicated shampoo on her and gave her to a mud bath. I won't go anywhere but to Megan with my dogs. My dogs look forward to getting groomed because of her.

But Dayna At Sydnees was able to handle them with no problem whatsoever. It was such relief to have found an excellent groomer also with a very reasonable price. Will definitely return.

When our schnauzer, Willie, finally (at age 14) had to be put down, Dr. Beccari felt as bad as I did. All the employees are so helpful. Danny, the vet tech, is knowledgeable and caring. We always get a follow-up call. Our Winnie loved all the people there and they helped us manage her cancer.. And now Sammy the Schnauzer enjoys his visits with Dr. Reimann. I would recommend Academy to anyone.

Healing Hope
511 South Cedros Avenue, Solana BeachDr. AMara is quite simply a miracle worker. I cannot praise her enough for giving me my dog back. After he had been suffering greatly for over a year and a conventional vet - unable to even correctly diagnose the problem-sent him home to die with drugs and a prognosis of a few months to live, she took him off the drugs and completely turned him around in a few weeks time, all done mostly long distance as we live in different states. He is now like a new dog--happier and healthier than he has been in years. The change is quite astounding. She has quite a gift and I am so grateful we found her. We are so lucky she took us on as she is quite in demand.I don't know of any vet like her, with her skills and healing ability; she is truly a one of a kind. Now if we could just clone her.

971 Lomas Santa Fe Dr Suite A, Solana BeachThank you Rancho Santa Fe Vet, for the excellent care! This past week my puppy, Roo, swallowed a pin. The veterinary staff fit us in their schedule right away. After 3 days of my dog not passing the pin, the staff fit us in again on a fully booked Saturday. The nurses and vet took the time to talk to me about the pros and cons of how to proceed. It turns out that Roo had also ingested a palm tree seed that was likely preventing the pin from coming out. We were very lucky that the seed was discovered and didn't cause a serious blockage, requiring surgery. Roo is now pin and seed free.

He has been in their care for four years now and as much as my boy is not a fan of the shots, I KNOW he's being seen by the BEST VETERINARIAN doctor and staff. They've helped us when Zico became a jet setter and because of their help he has been to the East Coast, Las Vegas and even Brasil We will return there in October and I know that all his documentation will be in order thanks to the team! Thank you and Obrigada from our Portuguese and Brazilian family to yours.

He is extremely knowledgeable and cares about the health of his patients. He explained throughly his assessment of my dog and answered any questions I had. Chase served us outside; he was an absolutely phenomenal server! Extremely friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. We had wings to start, very yummy! My husband had the ribs plate, which I had some of, and it tasted soooooo good! I had the poke bowl, and it was delicious! We ended with the mud pie, which is so yummy, but MASSIVE! Make sure to split it if you get it 😂 overall wonderful experience! We will definitely be back 😁🤗

There was a slight taste of ginger, which I was confused about. I wish it was a little bit warmer, but it would’ve been cold if I had taken it to the beach anyway (which was my original plan). There are some really cute picnic benches outside and free water inside.

I tried the iced Salted Caramel Latte, and it actually tastes like real caramel—not overly sweet or artificial like most places. As for the food: the Sausage, Egg, and Cheddar Croissant is a must-order, and getting a warm chocolate chip cookie topped with sea salt was the ultimate treat. Can't recommend this spot enough!
