6523 Helen Woodward Way #200, Rancho Santa FeFINALLY! Honest and caring vets & staff! My cat has been throwing up for over year and this is the 3rd vet I've been to. Helen Woodward was the only vet to do a thorough exam, run tests and actually treat my cat! I went in thinking I would need to put him down he was so bad,but he's doing GREAT now thanks to their simple treatment! It's also the only time I didn't feel like they were only in it for the money. The worst was Coastal Animal Hospital who wanted to do a neurological exam on my dog that I brought in for a UIT. Everypne at Helen Woodward has been refreshing change and worth any drive!

7103 Via Del Charro, Rancho Santa FeThis guy saved my horses life.I have a 20yr old pain mare who foundered sometime 2 years ago. I had 2 vets come out, teach telling me upon examination of the radiographs that she should be out down immediately.they didn't take quality of life into consideration at all, or anything else for that matter.Needless to say I was desperate to find someone who speaializes in severe issues of the hoof.Mark was kind, clear, sincere & kind while explaining everything that he was doing and gave me his honest opinion as to where to go next in her treatment. Looked at everything as a whole and told me he didn't think that euthanasia was necessary. Though her condition wouldn't improve due to bone loss of the p3 bone , based on her activity level and zest for life, there's no reason why her condition couldn't be managed.He put her on equioxx, gave me tips on nutrition, farrier care, bedding/footing type and lots of other advice to make sure she stays comfortable for the rest of her life.*He was pricey but I didn't expect it to be cheap.I would 100% recommend mark if you have a horse with an issue with their feet. Don't let outdated veterinary training be the demise of your horse!!Thanks Mark, you are the best!!

We thought about re-homing him. As a last resort, we contacted Rob Kuty of San Diego Pet Training. Rob came out to our home for a private training session. Rob gave us new tools to implement. We are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend Rob. In addition, Alex Kuty, the Operations Manager, was very helpful with scheduling Rob with us and registering our puppy in a training class.

The lattes, black coffee, and cappuccinos are always excellent, but the real star is the chocolate croissant — if you catch them fresh, they’re absolutely to die for. The service is consistently warm and welcoming, and it’s clear this café is such an important part of the community. I’m so grateful to have Café Positano right here in Rancho!

Easy to park, cute little place, and the guy behind the counter was friendly. I ordered a dirty chai, and it's delicious- perfect amount of spice to the chai. $6 was a good price for around here too.

The pork chop was excellent and the apple pie and ice cream at the end of the meal were divine. Our server was Steven and he was letter perfect.The service was properly paced and delivered in a most pleasant fashion. Considering we were dining in Rancho Santa Fe, the wine list was very fairly priced.My guest and I enjoyed a bottle of Crossbarn Pinot that was marked up one time,very rare for that part of the county. We will be back this week!

The salmon special was spectacular and the boar bolognese pasta was delicious. Great wine list. Wonderful wait staff and team. A lovely time.

Helen Woodward is clean, the staff is so friendly, and the animals are so well taken care of. When adopting staff takes you through a detailed process and you receive so much helpful information and advice.
