My 94 year old father looks forward to getting his tv guide every month and when I walk in they update me with status of our mail and if it’s arrived. Also take customer service to the next level. “JACOB is a beast!!! He is so efficient getting people through the line!! Just days ago I relocated to the area. I needed to ship utility equipment, apartment keys and even get something notarized. Two days in a row I visited this location. The first day I was fifth in line. When Justin came out he just rocked through 3 customers in minutes!! He knows his job very well and doesn’t waste time. With a sudden relocation my time is everything to me and the respect he has for people getting them out quickly I have never seen at a UPS location. Use this UPS location!! If you see Jacob he’s got you!”

“I love this place mailed gifts for Christmas and there was no line like at the Post Office. Being a third party they do charge a little more but it's so worth it! They also have mailing items, and lots of gadgets. So nice also!!!”

“Fast, professional and excellent service. We had tried to ship out a large chandelier at a few other UPS stores including in Sonoma Valley (95476) and San Rafael. Neither store would ship it. We went to other shipment stores and were quoted very high prices. The Chandelier wasn't heavy but it was large. Not only were we quoted a price that was 75% less than at other places (Roughly, we paid $250 rather than quotes as high as $1,000), but the package arrived only a few days later and in perfect condition. It had to go from CA to IL. Everyone was happy. I will be traveling out of Sonoma Valley to this store in Petaluma for my future shipment needs.”
