“I have been using this UPS for 6+ years now. I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff is incredibly courteous, kind and knowledgeable.
The owner genuinely goes above and beyond to help customers—they bought card stock paper when they ran out of inventory and printed certificates for me. He even waited 20 minutes for me to count and get the school certificate prints sorted & also applied school discount.
Their service is fast, high-quality, and they make Amazon returns super easy to drop off.”

“I’ve been renting a PO Box here for the last 2 or so years now, and have never had a problem. This shop has PO boxes of many sizes available at affordable rate, and they also do shipping for all major US carriers. The best part about it renting a box from here is the optional 24 hour access feature. The owner is also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend to come here instead of USPS.”

“An absolutely fantastic neighborhood spot with incredibly dedicated staff. I brought in nearly 1,500 printed pages to be bound (about 500 pages per copy). I dropped them off and left immediately, having no idea how time-consuming the process was. Even though it was almost closing time, they meticulously bound these three massive books for me. “The staff seems nice enough. Every time I have been there, the place is slammed with customers. The problem being that only 2 people are working and if someone requests fingerprinting services, that drops the number down to 1 person working. This was the case both visits I made. Fingerprinting takes time due to people having sweaty hands, etc. Anyways, the wait time was pretty long, but it was obvious that the staff was going as fast as possible. Of course there are always those people who feel they are special and try to get helped without having to wait their turn... they are just too busy to be stuck in line. There is a kiosk available for checking in your package, payment of shipping costs, and printing of postage labels. It seemed to me that the store was attempting to educate customers via the informational display which went over services offered, basic rates, and other helpful topics. Despite the wait, I recommend this place for your shipping needs.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Nina and Jason who quickly attended to me when their store was closing in 5 minutes. Nina was especially helpful and kind, particularly when the printer had an error and she quickly troubleshooted in a calm demeanor despite the fact that her shift was probably over. On another time, Nina was also a tremendous help with figuring out shipping and return labels for a notebook I left at a hotel in Bakersfield. Prior to UPS, I asked other folks at USPS and other other mail carriers- no one seemed to know how to mail a shipping label to hotel staff correctly. However, Nina made it a breeze and her confidence that my notebook would be returned provided me with peace of mind. My notebook did eventually arrive at my doorstep but this could not have been done without her help. Thank you Nina !”

In the past I have always had an very nice Asian guy who is friendly, fast and very professional. I have never had to wait in line at this location. I do wish they were open more hours.”

This location by far is one of the best I have dealt with in helping me facilitate the quick pick up and packing of my fragile auction item.
The staff at the Saratoga, CA store were responsive and super efficient in picking up my item during a narrow pick up window time slot on Super Bowl Sunday and had it safely packed the same day and ready for shipment on Monday. It arrived safely in just two days in perfect condition.
Samuel and Amit went above and beyond to take care of my item pick up and shipping needs and handled it like true professionals. I give them a solid 5 stars!”
