Buffalo Mountain Animal Hospital
705 E Anemone Trail Unit 101-103, DillonBuffalo Mountain Animal Hospital is, by far the best!!! Dr. McCollough takes great care of my three cats. Ford, my 18 year old male is having age related issues with arthritis, degenerating vision, and high blood pressure,. She is able to help him mitigate these issues with early and accurate diagnoses and recommendations/meds. I've been going there for over a decade and have had great results. My eldest cat lived 23 years with BMAH's care later in her life. Cassidy, Renee, Joy, and Natalie were also very caring and helpful. Great team!! Thank you BMAH. Also prices are very reasonable.

Saved by the Wine
765 W Anemone Trail unit b, DillonJust returning from skiing the Alps and trying to get home jet lagged I decided to stay the night, better safe than sorry and Saved by the Wine was such an amazing gem of excellent wine and house made food, it was like I was still in the Alps, no fried food garbage here. Highly recommend! Mitch was awesome ❤️

Cala Pub and Restaurant
40 Cove Blvd A1, DillonWent to Cala for lunch last week. Cool place, good vibe for a ski town Irish pub. Lots of seating. The food is great. Fish and chips very authentic and so good. Rueben is a winner hands down (fries are also great). There was also a turkey and brie sandwich that is one of the best pub sandwiches I have tried in awhile. Only downside was service. Only the bar tender on staff when we arrived. She was busy and solo, so a little slower than ideal, but nothing to cause any angst. Note, you need to order at the bar no matter how many staff are scheduled. Parking is plentiful (a rarity in ski town).

Bistro North
270 Dillon Ridge Rd, DillonWe had a really amazing experience randomly coming here tonight... Our flight into Aspen from LAX today was diverted to Denver... And we ended up facing a 4 1/2 hour drive from Denver to Aspen in a rental car. We were starving and we found bistro North through Claude AI. Claude recommended it to us as being a restaurant that was on the way to Aspen... And it didn't disappoint! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. It was very cozy, and the front desk attendance were very friendly and asked if they could take our coats. The ambience was incredible, warm and inviting. The menu and food were incredible as well... We had the cauliflower the burger and the salmon and all were so tasty. Oh, and I can't forget the Caesar salad which is also great too. Our server Dalton was super attentive and very nice, and even even the manager served us our main courses overall, we found the meal and diversion on our way to Aspen to be a pleasant surprise and a very relaxing meal given the stress that we were under today. We would definitely come back in the future forever ever in the area!!!

Last Chance Pizza & The Cove and Craft
40 Cove Blvd Unit b3 & b4, DillonI used to eat at Davey's Chuckwagon diner when I lived in the area and now whenever I visit Denver I always stop there for a meal. It's an old style stainless steel, New Jersey type diner that was brought to Lakewood Colorado many many years ago and it looks great.
